Summarizing the work in the past year, there are still many problems and deficiencies in my work. I need to learn from other salesmen and peers in my work methods and skills. In 2008, I plan to make up for the shortcomings based on the work and gains of last year. Several aspects of work:

The inventory in the warehouse is not enough. In the case of a small inventory, it is recommended that the warehouse contact the production in a timely manner, or contact the sales to remind the order, the situation of the fly order is mostly related to insufficient inventory.
Purchase and return is not timely. The return time will always be delayed. For this phenomenon, the attitude of the purchasing staff is mostly unresolved. Rarely think about how to solve the problem with the supplier, but hope that the sales staff can communicate with the customer to delay the time. This will reduce the credibility of our customers.
Quality inspection and procurement processing of supplier returns. Many unqualified products, due to the delay of time, finally pick and pick again in the case of forced lasting, and as a qualified product sales , this is very inconsistent with our belief in "pursuing high quality." There are often things that are taken out because the quality problems make the sales staff very embarrassed.
Finance should regularly make reminders or reminders of sales that have not been returned. There are a lot of businesses that have already returned money. The finances tell the sales staff only a few months later. During the period, the sales staff thought that they had been reminding that they had not returned money, and they were very unhappy!
There is no coordination between the various departments. For the convenience of your own work, you often don't care too much about others and don't consider the troubles that others bring. Sometimes it can be solved because of a sentence or a little thing, but the sales staff has gone a lot of detours.
