For the problem of actual inventory and erp book inventory, I will use the "one account one person" approach to solve this problem.
Rework, I will negotiate with the relevant departments of the head office. Negotiate and solve this problem as soon as possible!
In the new year, I will try to communicate with the staff at the Beijing office to make the warehouse clean and tidy. After this problem is solved, it will be better for inventory. It is convenient and clear to know which ones. Product sales are large, inventory is insufficient, and which products are backlogged. For the backlog of inventory products, I will check it out in a timely manner. If there is a backlog of inventory products, I will consult with the relevant departments of the head office in time, or with the Beijing Department. The sales staff here negotiated and tried to clean up these products.
In terms of product price and some product packaging problems, I will communicate with the relevant departments of the head office. The price increase of the company's products can be achieved in the first time, and the latest information will be conveyed to the sales staff of the Beijing Department, which will make the sales of the company's products more. it is good!
For my own ability problems, I will be open-minded and ask for some training classes in my spare time. Strengthen the exercise and improve my own ability. The quality can be further improved!
My plan is divided into two main parts:

2) The management of the warehouse. It was a bit dazed when I took over. After a few months of exercise, although it has improved, it is still not perfect. Next year, I will fill in the product ledger in time. Approved products, etc., so that the accounts are clear and can be checked. Find problems and report them in time and correct them. The account is consistent. 2. Inventory. Try not to overstock too much inventory! Because there are often customers who report that we are always out of stock, so this year, I will negotiate with the head office to avoid the phenomenon of out of stock! 3. Serious registration The number of products in the warehouse to avoid inventory confusion! Kaige also has more than two years of experience in warehouse management. If I don't understand, I will ask him more and try to manage the Beijing warehouse. I also hope that the sales staff can cooperate with me. Do the Beijing office!
