As an ordinary employee of the business department, I first came into contact with the sales job in September 2009. In 2019, through its own efforts, overcoming various difficulties, especially with the support of the leaders, this year is meaningful, valuable, and rewarding. I successfully completed the sales and procurement of the continuous casting and rolling project of Desteel, and went through the whole process from bidding to procurement and delivery to the site; organized spare parts, Tiantie hydraulic spare parts, Dagang blast furnace Project sales of dry oil lubrication station, hydraulic components of Dagang blast furnace and procurement of the overall external committee. Through the management of these projects, I was familiar with the company's operating procedures and mastered the operation process of the company's erp system, which laid a certain empirical foundation for future work.

Although it has gained in 2019, its own shortcomings are also exposed:

1. Although young is full of enthusiasm, but lack of experience, there is a big gap in dealing with emergencies and some new problems.

2. Can't keep up with the customer's operational needs on the project, but also lack the initiative to communicate and communicate with them. Communicate with customers, words are hard, not good at effective expression, I feel that the whole person can not open. These personal factors directly affect the effectiveness of the work.

3. The quotation work experience is not enough. The market price and data collection of the purchased parts are not enough, and it is still necessary to strengthen learning.

4. The production progress of the external project cannot be controlled, which makes the delay and extension of the imagination more common.

The salesperson is the facade of the enterprise, the window of the enterprise, and our words and deeds also represent the image of a company. These shortcomings and weaknesses are fatal. Therefore, in the future work and life, we must actively correct our own shortcomings, extensively absorb sales experience, strive to improve business quality, and strengthen our professional knowledge and professional skills on the basis of high quality. The second half of 2019 is a year full of expectations. On the basis of completing the company's sales targets in the first half of the year, the second half is a new starting point. 1. The work of the operation department should do a good job of division of labor, clarify the content of work and the scope of responsibility. The work is not done well, it is not the task, the employees are not working hard, and the leaders are not using good people. It is often the case that the division of work is not clear and the responsibility for work has not been implemented. Some things fall in the area where no one is going to do. It can be said that anyone can do it. However, it can be said that it is not a person. When there are not many people, any employee can pick it up, but once things get more, there is no People are willing to go. The most frightening thing is that when you are kind enough to do things that are not your own, do a good job with everyone, if there is any problem or trouble, all the problems will be handled by you. When you talk about who is going to do it, you will say who is doing it in front of you. Of course, you have to deal with it later, because no one is in charge. Who is willing to do it again and again? For a long time, for the work with unclear responsibilities, everyone will turn a blind eye to it and it will be difficult for the work to be carried out. This is a bad common problem for Saizhong employees. I feel the deepest and often enthusiastic, and it will bring a lot of troubles from time to time. Therefore, the messy work is the result of unclear work division and incomplete responsibility.

2. The work of the department must open the way to open the situation. why would you said this? Because of the early development of each project, for the special nature of our company, if the employees of the department go to develop, whether it is your title, or your authority and the right of making a decision, you will not be trusted by the other party. Our customers are fundamentally Don't put what you say in your heart, you are a small soldier who licks your account. When I say that people think it is a waste of his time, they often say a word, who is your leader? I sincerely ask him to come and talk to me, so I will deal with you casually.

3. Feedback to the customer must be promptly requested. At this point, our company is not doing well enough, and quite a part of the reason comes down to the problem mentioned in the first point. There is also the need to timely respond to the customer's real situation, so that customers can trust our work and believe that our company can meet their supply needs.

4. At the appropriate time, send more staff to the supplier to travel. First, we can control the manufacturing quality and progress of the suppliers' products; secondly, we can increase employees' awareness of various products, which provides a good learning platform for employees to work in the future. Closed-door construction has great limitations on the growth of employees. It is more conducive to the rapid growth of employees.

Having said that, in fact, there are not many suggestions. I personally think that after doing the above three problems, plus each employee to do their job well, stick to their duties, and constantly improve and optimize their business level.
