Going back to the office and discovering that there are many changes, a few colleagues have resigned, I don't understand why, why should I leave? Maybe they have new career plans, maybe they want to go to a place that is more suitable for their own development, maybe it really doesn't belong to them. There is a lot of confusion in my heart, but I only have one conviction: if it comes, it will be safe. Years ago, I changed my work several times. My most profound experience is that I don’t want to adapt myself to the environment, but to change myself to adapt to the environment, and then use my own mood and hard work to create a better environment. Only in one place can peace of mind. Work will accumulate experience and accumulate valuable wealth in life.
From January to March, the mastery of product knowledge has become more comprehensive. At first, I only knew about various types. Now, after negotiating with customers, I have deepened some details. This is thanks to Dai Zong, who started the problem 24 hours a day to answer the questions. Thanks to Master Yang, he did not bother to give us analysis principles and some product problems. I believe that through continuous accumulation, we can also become an expert in solar water heater products. We will be able to answer questions from customers, and we must answer the questions.
In terms of work progress, only the communication with the guests is used to explain:
the first. Since February, I have started using the Alibaba account, which gives me a more convenient way to contact my customers. Handling customer enquiries, this is just the beginning to know only to use Alibaba. Now in order to save time and improve efficiency, I began to study how to make our products rank high, so that customers can more easily see our products. I hope that in the days to come, the number of enquiries will increase, so that the accumulation of customers will increase, and it is more hopeful to obtain orders from customers.
second. Through Alibaba, as well as some domestic and international website development customers, sample samples began in February, and guests came to visit the factory in March. March is my busiest and most rewarding month. From the beginning of the month to now, there are 3 batches of customers visiting the factory, and only one customer has the next sample list. Despite this, I am still very satisfied, these customers are through my constant contact, only have the opportunity to let them visit the factory.
third. Old customer contact. It is well known that the current economic form is not good. Under such conditions, we must step up the contact of old customers. Once the economic situation is getting better, let him first think of us. This is what I am doing now. Of course, since the working hours are not particularly long, the number of connected customers is relatively limited, so the development of new customers is also carried out in an orderly manner.
Spring is here, although the world outside is green, and for us is the season of sowing. For our business, perhaps in the winter, we have to take this opportunity to recharge our batteries and strive to gain in the fall. At the same time, we believe that the current efforts will let us usher in the spring of business!
