Under the correct leadership of the board of directors, relying on the wisdom and strength of the employees, we must persist in seeking truth and being pragmatic, work hard, strengthen production and management, carry forward the entrepreneurial spirit of hard work, and strive to broaden market space and market share. In the case of sluggish market demand, the cumulative sales in the first half of the year was 5,250/t, a year-on-year increase of 9.6%. The cumulative purchase was 5305/t, a year-on-year increase of 9%. The accumulated sales income was 33.82 million yuan, but the economic efficiency was not good, and it decreased compared with the same period. The overall situation of the development of the oil and fat industry is relatively severe, the overall market demand is weak, and the prospects are not optimistic. Competition is fierce and profitability is declining. In such an environment, we should promote refined management, reduce operating costs, strengthen risk prevention, customer-oriented, and aim to become stronger and bigger, and strive to achieve new breakthroughs in the second half of the year. Sales and profits will grow steadily.

There are rushes in moving work, time is tight, and tasks are heavy. Some work is still not perfect and it is very passive. The production workshop and office building are under construction. After the oil tanks are hoisted, the medium packaging cannot be produced normally. The equipment has no place to install, the ground is mud, and the working environment is very poor. In order not to affect sales, the losses are reduced to a minimum, and employees are working in the open air. The three-volt weather is like a fire, and the sun is exposed to the sun, and the ground temperature is as high as 40 degrees. The employees sweated and the clothes were soaked in sweat, and they refused to stop their work. After the clothes were dry, there would be a layer of white salt. The sun is shining on the skin, there is a slight redness and pain, and the skin is dark and there is no complaint. Rainy days are like swamps, muddy, and slippery when you are not careful. The employees joked that this is the long march of our new era, and it is a brilliant tomorrow!
It’s a sweat on a sunny day and a mud on a rainy day. This is a true portrayal of our working environment. In the face of a bad working environment, none of our employees retreated and no one complained. Instead, actively invest in the work, try every means to overcome difficulties, solve problems, and do your job well. Work with the company to get through the storm. 2 new factory introduction
In order to enhance the company's image, meet market demand, adapt to market development, and break through the bottleneck of its own development. We will build our workshop into a modernized workshop with specialization, scale and complete infrastructure. We have inspected a number of companies on site, absorbed the advanced experience of the same industry, and adopted the recommendations of equipment manufacturers, combined with their own actual situation. Designed its own multi-functional workshop, integrating the production of washing buckets and warehouses. Improve space utilization and make the process more reasonable, scientific and complete. It also reduces investment costs. At present, the civil works have been completed and the color steel cap is under construction. The comprehensive project of office and accommodation is completed. The main project of the public building has been completed. Accelerate the construction of infrastructure, promote the degree, catch up with the construction period, and strive to put into production as soon as possible!
Third, promote brand building with quality service
Under the pressure of imbalance between supply and demand in the market, price wars have come and gone. However, price competition has been unable to open up each other's distance, and service has become a weapon for the grain and oil industry to stand out. Selling more products is selling brands, and service is the cornerstone of brand reputation. Only strengthen service awareness, improve service standards, advocate professional services, and thoughtful service. In order to get better recognition from the market and gain the trust of customers. In order to improve the reputation of the product, it can help the brand to build better.
Fourth, the development plan of the East Jianliang Business Department
After the completion of the new workshop; it is a new test for each of us. In the face of new situations and new processes, we all need to learn to adapt. We promote the development of the store from the following five aspects.
1. The bulk oil is a business unit, and the main customers are food factories and secondary wholesalers.
2. The medium-package has been upgraded in an all-round way, and the internal quality and appearance image have been upgraded. On the basis of the original customers, large-scale canteens and high-end hotels have been developed to enhance the brand image.
3, filling small packages, into the farmer's market and Shangchao. Improve your own product system.
4. After the expansion of the tank capacity, strive to do transit business for large manufacturers to enhance their own strength.
5. Develop some new varieties, such as one-time packaging, and seek new profit growth points. Do a good job in the development of the product.
