When the customer asks some technical questions about the equipment, I can't make a good response in time. This point of view has also been seen, and reminded me that I should also learn more about technical aspects in order to respond to customer questions.

I think that in the future, I will try my best to continue to work on the following aspects. The first step is to take the time to learn some knowledge about equipment technology. As a salesman, if a customer asks some professional questions about a product, if he asks three questions, he or she will probably lose the customer. Therefore, in order to seize every potential customer, we must be familiar with the performance of the product, in order to answer the customer's questions professionally. Secondly, the former supervisor also said that as a formal salesman, if you really want to make yourself feel good, you have to make a performance, so I will also work hard in this direction in the future.

The company was formally established last month, and some corresponding systems have been formulated. However, it seems that the current implementation situation is not very satisfactory. During this period of time, there have been many problems in terms of work coordination. Sometimes the order has been placed upstairs, but the downstairs has not been executed in time, so it appears that the delivery time is coming to work hard, at this time may only guarantee the delivery date, but can not guarantee the quality of the product. I have already made some regulations on the work process before, but I have not been able to get a good implementation. In the future, managers must encourage staff to integrate into the work situation from time to time. We must recognize the individual's shortcomings and develop the spirit of teamwork. Business, that is equivalent to losing another customer. Nowadays, many of the equipment we sell out have a lot of problems. It is so small that one part of the equipment falls off, and the whole part cannot be operated normally because of the failure of important parts. This will delay the customer's business. It also broke our reputation. We know that quality is the soul of the company. When customers choose suppliers, they pay the most attention to the quality of the products. Therefore, in the future, we must ensure that the quality is good, and we must not neglect the quality of the products because of the delivery time. Only when the quality of the product is not in the process of sales and operation, the customer will trust our company and the product, and will bring the latter order to the company, so that it will not lose one customer if it sells one device.
