Second, the exploration and construction of business channels: Our sales area is: Qian'an, Guye, Kaiping three areas, from the initial visit to the store, to the secondary purchase channel store, a total of 27 effective customers, Among them, there are 8 types of storefronts, and the rest are b-type customers. There is a large customer in the a-type store. The total purchase amount is more than 100,000 yuan for half a year. The temperature control valve is mainly used for single-item, and the plumbing series is planned at the end of the year or early next year. The customer building of 27 customers is relatively stable, and will increase product items in product sales next year.
Third, the construction of the brand is particularly important: in the series of products of ***, “We only do high quality” product positioning, whether it is the commitment to the customer or the guarantee of the product quality, fully demonstrates that the company is looking ahead In this regard, the customer also gave a high evaluation, each floor drain, each hose, each angle valve, each meter of pipe reflects the company's self from production to sales to after-sales service Supervision and protection of customers. Of course, the brand can not be established in the day and night, relying on execution, relying on word of mouth, relying on the hard work and efforts of our team!
Fourth, the customer is always God! Under the premise of guaranteeing the interests of the company, every question raised by each customer is served as gold, precious! Whether it is product improvement or marketing, customers will help us to provide valuable advice. Therefore, when I encounter problems, I will try to think about the solution to the problem from the perspective of the customer. Of course, the customer will be grateful and increase the number of customers. Natural customer purchase is inevitable with the customer relationship with the customer.
V. Sales statistics: As of December 25, 2019, the total sales of the area in charge of our company was over 10,000 yuan, and the products sold in the local area also gained a certain market share, which was satisfied by the dealers.
