1. The contract price list filled out by the sales staff must be carefully reviewed according to the sales price list issued by the company. The name, house number, down payment amount and contract signing period must be checked one by one. If there is any discrepancy, immediately Contact the sales person.
2. For special discount customers, you must have a concession to enjoy the discount, otherwise it will be sold at the normal price.
3. According to past experience, some customers can't pay the contract when they make the first payment. We can't issue the company receipt, so as to avoid unnecessary troubles, we should make a temporary receipt, and only the temporary cash amount will be indicated on the receipt. .
4. In order to ensure the safety of the company's property, the company's bank account should be deposited in time when cash is received. Two large people must be sent to the bank for large amounts of cash.
5. Assist sales staff to guide customers through bank mortgage procedures to ensure that mortgage payments are returned to the company's bank account as soon as possible.
Looking back and checking my own problems, I think:
First, learning is not enough. At present, new situations and new problems in the new economy based on information technology are emerging one after another, and new knowledge and new science are constantly coming out. In the face of severe challenges, there is a lack of urgency and consciousness in learning. The theoretical basis, professional knowledge, cultural level, and working methods cannot meet the new requirements.
Second, when the work is more tiring, there have been loose thoughts. This is because their political quality is not high, and it is also a performance of world outlook, outlook on life, and poor resolution of values.
In response to the above questions, the future efforts are:
First, strengthen theoretical study and further improve their own quality. Familiarity with the business cannot replace the pursuit of a higher level of personal literacy. It must enhance the ability to analyze and solve problems through the study of financial work systems, market economic theory, national laws and regulations, and financial business knowledge and related policies. .
Second, enhance the overall concept, change the work style, strive to overcome their negative emotions, improve the quality and efficiency of work, and actively cooperate with leading colleagues to do a better job.
