First: communication skills are not available. I am exposed to different customers every day, and when I communicate with them, I don’t speak very succinctly and talk more complicated. Language organization expressive ability needs to be improved.

Second: follow-up services for customers who have already cooperated are not in place. Looking at your own successful customer base, the number of large customers is very small, but they are still trying their best to maintain every customer with a good intention, and to achieve the purpose of the customer to the real customer. Although the customer has already signed it, I feel that everything is going well. In fact, this idea is very immature. After a few months of work, plus Mr. Dai and Manager Hu have a meeting with us to focus on the maintenance of old customers. Good and bad questions. I really feel that it is more difficult to develop a new customer, but it is actually relatively simple for customers who have already successfully cooperated. For example, I have 20 old customers. As long as they are well maintained, they will definitely be in the process of turning over the future. For a time, I thought of winning the anti-counterfeiting week. Then this not only continues to create profits for the company, but also a recognition of one's work. So I have to look at this in the long run.

Third: customer reports are not well organized. For our industry, there are peak seasons and off-seasons. For the off-season or when approaching the holiday, greeting customers should do a good report summary, and I am not good enough in this regard. Indeed, the report is the seed of hard work every day. It takes a lot of time to manage it, or how to bear the fruits of victory. Leaders can only know the status and harvest of my work today through clear statements, and then correct and guide them. And I also do a complete and detailed report every day. I can also give myself a clear and instructive work summary and work plan for the day, so that the work is more targeted and purposeful. Then it is even more like a duck.

Fourth: develop new customers. This year, my successful clients mainly found customers through channels such as telephone sales and online customer service, and I really found very few customers. This is worth considering for myself. Some of the reasons are not to miss any initiative. Contact our company with strong intentions, so most of the time is spent on contacting the telesales customer, and ignoring the intent customers who contacted them. The number of new customers that I have developed this year is not much. This is a good improvement next year, and I will set a plan next year to make my time allocation reasonable. Third: set a goal for yourself every week: strive to contact at least one strong customer every day, and at least 6 customers each month. Constant reflection and continuous summary every day.

Fourth: Strengthen business knowledge and expertise. When communicating with customers, we should talk less and listen more accurately to the needs and requirements of customers for anti-counterfeiting labels, and put forward reasonable suggestions.

Every time I use the Internet phone to call it, the phone number is different. Sometimes I can display the number and other conditions.
