I was interviewed by Yousi Technology on September 8th, 2019. I officially participated in the training on September 9th and started my career in Yousi. So far, it has been more than five months. I think about this five-month period. In addition to a little performance in December, the performances in the first three months and January are all hanging eggs. Really horrible, look around. Colleagues, some of them, although the performance is not many, but can persist in performance every month, and some colleagues can have high performance for several months, these are also what I must learn from them. Through this Spring Festival holiday, we have also reflected on our own shortcomings and some places that can be upgraded. We must actively improve and make breakthroughs in the work after the year.

At present, I find that I have to solve the main problems:

1 The enthusiasm of the work is not high, that is, they often say that the nature is not strong.

2 is not very passionate, lack of initiative

3 did not do customer relationship maintenance at all

I would like to make such a few points first. I think that as long as I have done a good job in the work after the year, I will improve my work. The work will be greatly improved. I have to emphasize the third point: the customer. Relationship maintenance, I think at this point, I am really guilty of doing business, and I have not done the maintenance of customer relations. This is not a long-term road. Although it is because of our work, it does not seem to be very good. This aspect of maintenance, but a lot of excellent old staff are doing very well, this work must be reflected in the work after the year.

For the work plan after the year, I don't want to plan too far, so I will lock in February and March. After work in February, it will be only about half a month. I can only do some customer maintenance in the early stage. I don't know if there will be any events, no matter how good it is, I have to maintain the customer relationship, because I have contacted several customers before the year, and I have to say that I have to do the promotion after the year, I must grasp it well, 2 If you can't get it in the month, you must win it in March. Not to mention much, in March must be completed 50,000 results! !

On the other hand, it is aimed at the work after the year. I must try to go out and see more customers, so that I can grow up. I think this is the only way to do this.
