Work experience After I entered the company, I received professional knowledge training for xx makeup in the company, and experienced the excellent sales atmosphere in the company's direct sales store. After more than a month of training, I have basically mastered the selling point of the product. According to the needs of the agent, the company decided to let me contact the agent, and I started my business trip.
The destination of this business trip is Guizhou. There are two main tasks for the business trip: the previous work is to assist the agent to carry out the year-end appreciation meeting, and the latter work is mainly market service.
First, the year-end thank you will go to Guizhou at the beginning, my mood is expected and embarrassed. When I arrived, the agent had already started the preparatory work for the year-end appreciation meeting, and I quickly joined in. In the efforts of a few days, the agent company launched the year-end appreciation meeting of XX year on November 30, XX. At the meeting, about 60 new and old customers were invited. At the meeting, one of the founders of everyone's repurchase network was present to explain the zero-disorder marketing model. In the afternoon, the professor from Taiwan explained the detoxification of the human body. After listening to the lectures of different lecturers, I felt it. Different lecture styles are very helpful for my lecture level. In the evening, I went to a professional performance team to bring wonderful performances to new and old customers. I was the host of Rongxin, and I really exercised my courage and ability to host the speech. After the meeting was finished, it achieved better results. All brands signed a total of about 2 million. Since it is not based on xx, Bien makeup brand, the make-up brands are all old customers, about 300,000. After the meeting, customers can also send money quickly, which is much faster than other brands.
Second, the market service I have traveled in the Guizhou market for more than a month, serving 5 stores, 3 Japanese chemical shops, 2 beauty salons. Most of the in-store makeup brands have two, which are distinguished by price. XX and Bien make-up are relatively high-priced. My work arrangement is to assist the market sales and training staff, and the training results are ideal. It can encourage the enthusiasm of the staff to learn, help to master the professional knowledge of xx, Bien makeup and skilled makeup skills, and promote the professionalism of the staff. Sales, services generate performance. Due to the age of the year and the cold weather, sales results are not very satisfactory, but basically can maintain the sales performance of more than 3,000 yuan per store. For me personally, the overall benefit is good, and I have taken a new step.
I feel that my job at xx is not my first job at a social university. I have changed several jobs. Being able to walk into the company is a fate. I have a relationship with the company. But more importantly, the company's atmosphere, everyone in the company, including the company's leadership, left me with a different feeling. I feel very beneficial in getting along with everyone. In the past four months, I have learned a lot of new life experiences. Sales is a course that I can never finish. In the past 4 months, I have learned to slowly analyze the psychology of customers and choose them. Suitable product. I slowly realized that to improve my influence, I was able to do a good job of reselling sales and continuing sales after leaving the store. During the business trip in Guizhou, I assisted in the development of the year-end thank-you meeting, so as to understand the preparation and development of the terminal conference, and laid a solid foundation for my own preparation for the terminal conference.
