At work, my main market job is county. After entering the market, first made a detailed understanding and investigation of the market situation in the region, and made a specific analysis for the specific situation, and sent the investment promotion materials to some local stores with relatively strong financial strength, such as dealers of various brands. , large-scale business super, famous sayings, hotels, non-staple food wholesale stores, hotels and some local relatively strong businesses, as well as some local staff, including 150 copies of the market, 138 copies of information

4 interested customers, after exchange of good contacts to choose a dealer that is more suitable for our products, is currently under negotiation. There are 100 copies of the information in the Chun'an County market, and 90 copies of the information are sent to customers. The two companies are currently in contact and communication. I have learned a lot during this period of work here. Next, I will introduce some of the ideas I have learned from three aspects and share and discuss with you.

First, correct attitude

During the work, I saw many problems, contradictions and difficulties. Of course, these are inevitable, but I think the main reason that these problems and difficulties cannot be solved is the attitude problem, and attitude determines everything. Some people often say this - "If I was like what I was, then now I will definitely...", people often only stay in this way, and not really put it into action, how can there be good results? The competition for liquor is becoming increasingly fierce, and new challenges are constantly being placed in front of you. What kind of attitude do you treat it with, and what kind of results you will get. Therefore, it is meaningless to blame others, and active work is what we should do the most.

Second, clear goals

First of all, any company has the goal of company development. Every employee has his or her own personal development goals. On this issue, I think that as an employee of the company, we should align the personal goals with the company's goals. Everyone has pressure, but while achieving the company's development goals, it is also achieving its own personal goals.

Secondly, the goal and method that I have just mentioned should be achieved, and the goal should be decomposed and implemented. Only decomposable and achievable goals are viable goals.

Third, study

Regarding learning, one economist once said that “not learning is a sin, learning is economic, learning in an economic way, learning to create an economy.” The same is true in work, we need constant Learning, enriching, and striving to achieve what you have learned, complement each other.
