But I also have a bad place, for example, in the communication with the customer, I can't reply to the customer's question very quickly, but after consulting the manager and the colleague, I can slowly and fluently respond to the customer's request. All kinds of problems, accurate grasp of the needs of customers, good communication with customers, and thus gradually gained the trust of customers. While constantly learning product knowledge and accumulating experience, my ability has been greatly improved than before!
2. Since the end of May, XX, to the present, thanks to the love of the company's superior leadership, I transferred to the Beijing office for logistics! The situation I have completed in the past few months is probably as follows:
1) In terms of finance, I do a daily journal account every day, and make every record of every entry and exit every day! Turn it over to the head office. Accounts receivable, I will take care of it. Supervise the salesperson to recover the accounts in time! In terms of finance, Because I haven't touched it before. There are still many places that don't understand. But I will be open-minded and do my job better!
2) As for the management of the warehouse, the registration of the warehouse is carefully registered every day, and the goods are registered. The inventory is generally the lowest inventory order, but sometimes because of negligence, zero inventory order. The phenomenon of out of stock, I will be careful. 3) Help the salesperson to share some sales problems. When the salesperson is not there, talk to the customer. Take the order! This is mainly in the phone, and on the qq~! 3. The following are the problems:
1) The head office warehouse hopes to be strict. Since the office was opened, there have been frequent errors in the shipment there. It has been proposed many times. Later, it has improved a bit. But these times there have been the same mistakes before. , the product often sends the wrong model!
2) Rework is not timely. Leave a bad impression on the customer. I feel that our after-sales service is not in place!
Although some objective factors exist, other methods in the work also have great problems, mainly in the sales of the most basic customer visits. The Beijing office started work in June this year. At the beginning of the work, there are 105 customer visit records recorded, plus 20 records for no record, 6 months, the overall calculation of three sales staff one day visit The number of customers is 20. From the above figures, our basic access to customer work is not done well.
