In addition to my job, I also actively cooperate with other departments. For example, the monthly sales data package of the marketing department is to help them update new data packages. In fact, other departments of these jobs can be completed by themselves, but they provide data for the subscription. The models and the 18-digit code are not very familiar and take more time. If I spend an hour saving 2 hours for others, this is worth doing.
At the end of October, I received an internship assignment to a new employee of the sales department to go to the xxx franchise store, and at the same time monitor the situation of the entrusted loan. In the final of the sales elite contest in December, I was fortunate to be the top 20 player administrator, mainly responsible for the eating, living, and playing of the players. Throughout the process, I formed a deep friendship with the players and I have gained a lot. First, the concept of time, as long as you think about waiting for others, there will be no other people waiting for you. Second, we must estimate the difficulties adequately, because many unexpected things are unpredictable. Third, forbearance, there may be many obstacles in the process of communication, and you may encounter a lot of nails. Only by first enduring it and getting things done is the most important thing.
At the same time, I also clearly understand my own shortcomings, especially for the sales settlement. I can't do 100% of the work. In fact, every job needs a certain amount of time to get familiar with it and settle it. In these 3 months, the franchise store The internship took 2 weeks, followed by the sales elite contest and the new employee training, and then the holidays were removed. Actually, there was not much time to actually operate this position. Now I can only complete the hardware discount and the simple promotion settlement. I think this is The place where I am not enough is also the place I will strengthen in the future.
