The enthusiasm of the team members, as well as the slogan of every hour of team work together, has made the sales enthusiasm of the team members increase.
Due to the tight schedule, many new players are not skilled enough to manage their hair. I am more skilled. In the sales process, I try to help them, especially the hair curlers. Many new players are not very understanding. In this case, the sales went smoothly. When the customers are scarce, the old team members will let the new players practice their hands free of charge, do some guidance, attract people, and create an atmosphere.
Campus sales are much easier than big stores. Selling on campus, because it is a classmate relationship, it is easier to gain the trust of customers, not to mention that many customers are old students.
Second, the new team members gave me a surprise. The new team members are more energetic and passionate than our old team members. They are more brave to try and learn. They don’t have the oysters that come to the forefront. They are very skilled in the face of customers. I believe that they will play more potential in this summer's summer internship and bring more surprises to the company.
Third, the influence of our team. This unprecedented campus sales activity really made the school and the students shine.
