The new curriculum poses the greatest challenge to English teachers. English teachers must have curriculum awareness, student awareness, open awareness, and problem awareness. In the past, English teachers were more aware of teaching materials, teaching sensation, focusing on the outline, based on the original, eye-catching knowledge points, emphasizing the standard answer, dealing with the unified exam, and now, the new curriculum Emphasis is placed on “all for the development of students”. From the experience of students, teaching should return to the life world of students. The teaching method shifts from passive acceptance to inquiry learning and independent cooperation. In recent years, the world's foreign language teaching has undergone great changes. Language as a communication tool, its learning process is through reading, English teachers should learn to solve problems in the creation of scenarios, turn knowledge in textbooks into problems, and guide students to explore and help. Students build their own knowledge. Compared with the current textbooks, the biggest change is that the knowledge is presented in a variety of ways, and there are alternatives. The strategies for solving problems are diversified, emphasizing the multi-level of thinking, multi-angle, the answer is not unique and open, very large. To a certain extent, it activates students' thinking and inspires students to find a suitable learning style. In the implementation process of the new curriculum standard, not only the students' thinking is improved, but also the level and method of teachers are constantly improved and updated. It can be seen from the following points that the teaching and research and teaching results have been greatly improved.

1. Every time the whole group of teaching and research activities are exploring how to teach, how to learn from students, to the theory of English teaching, and to deal with some problems in the text, it has completely reversed the concept of teaching for teachers. The teaching activities of the weekly preparation group are the concrete implementation and implementation of the new curriculum. Since the content of the textbook covers all aspects, teachers read extracurricular materials online to access information and share resources. Everyone goes hand in hand to improve their professionalism and new teaching thinking, which fundamentally changes the classroom structure. The classroom is no longer tedious, old-fashioned. It is lively, interesting, rich and always used to communicate between teachers and students in English.

2. Under the impetus of the new curriculum reform, the activities of “old and new, new and old” are particularly active. New teachers continue to explore the desire for teaching, actively listen to old teachers, learn with humility, be proactive, and constantly improve their teaching standards. There is a new force emerging, and some have been able to stand alone in teaching after several years of tempering. 3. In terms of teaching practice, every teacher can be successfully completed. 4. In English teaching, the education of moral education is constantly infiltrated.

The selection of materials and teaching activities are designed to take into account the age characteristics of students and the need for their physical and mental development. For example, celebrities, music, sports, literature, art, friendship and other topics can stimulate the interest of young students to learn, so that the textbooks have the discipline of integration and expansion.

On the basis of the teaching method combining topic, function and structure, the task-oriented activity was designed.
