Summary of the second semester of the 2012-2013 school year of the Department of Education


During the semester, under the correct leadership of the two levels of the school, with the joint efforts of all the teachers in our department, we will unite, work together, be proactive, work hard, and complete the various educational and teaching tasks more satisfactorily.

First, successfully completed the teaching tasks of this semester

There are 6 classes in our department this semester, and there are more than 130 class hours in the class. Therefore, this department still faces serious contradictions in the course of the semester, with more classes, less classes and fewer teachers. Many of the teachers are working hard with no complaints and two tasks. Thanks to the teachers, it is their efforts that will enable us to complete the various educational and teaching tasks more satisfactorily.

Second, other work

1. At the beginning of the school, a selection of holiday papers was conducted, and excellent papers were recommended for school selection.

2. At the beginning of the school, organize various teachers to study and fill in the progress of each subject.

3. Organized a seminar in conjunction with the experience of going out to study brother schools .

4. Organized the lecture activities of all teachers.

5. Cooperate with the Academic Affairs Office to complete the work of the midterm exam.

6. Conducted regular examinations of teaching, including lesson plans and homework.

7. Organized donation activities for earthquake-stricken areas.

8. The two new courses of “Educational Research” and “Psychological Health” of the college have been successfully completed.

9. Assist the Academic Affairs Office in completing all the tasks of the final exam.

10. Advised the Academic Affairs Office on the curriculum and teacher qualifications for the next semester.

Third, the existing problems

Since the operation of the department management system, although we have entered the role as much as possible, we have never felt the position. The reason may be that the particularity of our department leads to the lack of attention to ourselves. The Department of Education is the smallest department in the school, and there are no students, no student management tasks, and the work content is much simpler. Perhaps because of this understanding, we are not in place and not active in many jobs.

We believe that role positioning is still a problem we need to reflect in the future. Reflect in practice, advance in reflection, and strive to build a good team in time.
