Summary of physics laboratory work in the last semester of 2012-2013 school year


In the first semester, the work of the laboratory has been solid and has made great progress in all aspects. There are also some problems. In line with the purpose of doing a good job in the future, I will make this semester's work a summary of seeking truth from facts.

First, strengthen the strict management of experimental instruments, reduce expenses and avoid waste. First, the necessary instruments, supplies and materials were added in time according to the financial resources of the school , the existing instrument resources of the laboratory and the needs of the new teaching materials. In order to do this work, the "Instrument and Material Purchase Plan" was formulated before the start of the school and repeated market research was conducted to complete the project at the lowest price. Second, the maintenance of the instrument has been strengthened. All instruments are regularly maintained. More than forty repairs were conducted during the semester. Again, the normative and scientific nature of instrumentation is emphasized. For example, the use of dry batteries. Greatly improved its life.

Second, completed the construction of standardization. From July 15th, 2010 to November 5th of the same year, I work overtime every day. In addition to the work of the laboratory, there are physics classes of 218 classes and 225 classes, in addition to mathematics and geography. The work is complicated and complicated, and the time requirements are very tight. Under such circumstances, I and Mr. Yang worked hard on the one hand, and on the other hand, they paid for themselves. Through hard work, I finally achieved the results of acceptance.

Third, improve the use rate of the laboratory. Thanks to the multimedia equipment, the functions of the laboratory have greatly increased, and the usage rate has naturally increased. The two laboratories were used more than 150 times during the semester, including group experiments, multimedia lectures, extracurricular experiments, competition counseling, various exams, and other activities. The amount of use is large, and the responsibility is naturally big, especially the computer, which is a lot of trouble. But as we work hard, all the facilities in both laboratories are intact.

Fourth, completed all tasks of experimental teaching. A total of 200 demonstration experiments were conducted during the semester, with 224 student experiments and 64 extracurricular experiments. The student experiment is overkill. Each experiment has been carefully studied and prepared to improve quality. For the problems in the experimental teaching, we work with the classroom teachers to carry out systematic and step-by-step research. It was finally solved.

However, there are still many problems. In the absence of individual more expensive equipment, some instruments can not buy accessories, laboratory water and water problems, environmental issues, electrical problems and the problem of the laboratory staff. This requires us to work constantly in both subjective and objective ways. I believe that the future work will be better.
