There are five teachers in this preparation group. In the education and teaching work, we have united and cooperated, actively carried out the curriculum reform activities, and carried out bold and beneficial attempts in the curriculum reform, and achieved certain results. It is summarized as follows:
First, strive for a common ideal: As the saying goes: "With the goal, you will succeed in half." The five of us have a common goal and strive to be a good teacher. It is precisely because of this common ideal that we can work diligently, work hard, and do our best to prepare for each lesson, to teach every lesson, and to be worthy of every student.
Second, strengthen the collective collaboration of the preparation group: In addition to participating in the activities of the language teaching and research group chaired by the leader of the party, we also often hold the preparation group activities, and it is possible to discuss the teaching work at any time and place, analyze the difficulties and difficulties of the teaching materials, and unify understanding. Clear education and teaching objectives, work together, and achieve good results. In the first day of the year, we took the city's unified examinations, and we ranked among the best in the same kind of schools .
Third, guide the auxiliary work: the second grade is the most critical period for students in the middle school. Students' thoughts and learning conditions often differentiate during this period. In order to make good students' ideological work early and help students to establish confidence in learning, we are guided by the guiding ideology that students can't leave behind, and the characteristics of students' development are extremely unbalanced. After each test, everyone meets and studies. Highlight the target of the superior and the poor and set the plan. Sometimes the use of the fourth class of volunteer counseling in the afternoon, so that students' grades have improved to varying degrees.
4. Actively participate in various activities and establish a large language concept: in line with the characteristics and practice of the second-year students, in line with the principle of “striving the foundation and taking the training seriously”, we also actively participate in addition to the good language lessons. And actively organize various activities: regular extracurricular reading activities, make full use of the school library, increase the amount of reading, and open up the knowledge of students. Combine the practical activities carried out by the school and arrange relevant essay exercises. For example, my grade student Shi Kanghong won the second prize of the city in the "Red Journey" essay activity held this semester. Select materials to effectively improve students' language proficiency.
We realize from the teaching practice that collective wisdom is endless, and only by unity and cooperation can we create excellent results. The teaching path has a long way to go. Our members of the preparation team will continue to work hard, strive to develop their strengths, pay attention to correcting the shortcomings, and do a better job in the upcoming third year of school year to comprehensively improve their language literacy.
