As the number of ethnic minorities in our hospital has increased in recent years, ethnic minority associations have gradually embarked on the right track. The work of this minority association will take it to a whole new level. Our Minority Friendship Association will carry out a variety of special cultural and artistic activities to promote minority cultures and carry out special ethnic minority sports projects to strengthen the unity of the group, actively cooperate with the students of the Youth League Committee to do all kinds of work, and to unite a new ethnic minority with special characteristics. Show it to everyone. According to the requirements of the Student Union of the College and the Youth League Committee and the actual situation, we will now elaborate on the work plan for the ethnic minority associations this year as follows:

First, the school year work plan

Since the ethnic minority associations really started, the work in the first half of the year was mainly aimed at a kind of learning and propaganda of internal members. It is hoped that through these activities, the inner friendship of ethnic minorities will be achieved.

1. Comprehensive recruitment work. In early October, 17 ethnic minority freshmen from 10 ethnic groups were recruited for minority members. Due to the particularity of the personnel of the department and the experience of the previous session, Zhaoxin must pay attention to the problem: a comprehensive mobilization work must be carried out for the 17 students before the recruitment of the departments. The recruits must have a sense of responsibility and Self-motivated, the number of students is between 10 and 17 people.

2. For some specific situations of our department, formulate corresponding slogans, departmental characteristics and corresponding basic rules and regulations. And began to do a lot of publicity on campus. Its promotion mainly starts from the industrial and commercial channel and the school district network.

3. When the headquarters is basically on the right track, that is, at the end of October, the members of the headquarters will organize some special cultural programs and begin to learn and communicate within the association, so that the members of the ethnic minority associations have A skill, making it truly a feature. And as far as possible, together with the minority associations of other colleges and universities to achieve "real friendship" within the minority.

Second, the work plan for the next school year

With the preparatory work for the previous school year, the work for the next school year is mainly for external display and publicity. In conjunction with the school's characteristic section “Weekend Culture Square”, we will hold a special weekend culture square featuring “minority style”.

The event will be organized by the Ministry of Literature and the Ministry of Sports. Taking the characteristics of ethnic minorities as the main line, we mainly divide the minority songs and dances and minority sports as the main line. The art and competition are alternated, which can give everyone a visual impact and let everyone really participate in it, thus spreading Our minority culture.

This event is the first truly hosted program of our Minority Friendship Association. Members of our ethnic minority not only need to showcase various cultural programs, but also organize and coordinate activities. Since the weekend cultural square itself belongs to an outdoor activity project, how to mobilize everyone's enthusiasm and maintain the order of activities is two points that we must pay attention to when we hold this event.
