Part 1: Quality Engineer Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the company to establish a quality management strategy and implement it to provide information support for the company's quality management decision-making.

2. Provide establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system, and ensure its effective operation, and promote the standardization of business processes;

3. Formulate the company's quality management plan and promote and implement it with plans;

4. Formulate product quality inspection standards, product information feedback, and statistical processes;

5. Organize the quality control plan and work plan according to the overall quality of the company, and be responsible for the quality supervision of the whole process of material procurement, product production, general inspection and inspection, and fill in the quality inspection record.

6. Participate in product design and process review to ensure that it meets the requirements and quality of quality assurance;

7. Cooperate with R&D and technical personnel to conduct trial production and quality control of new products;

8. Monitor the state of the production process, identify the impact of changes in production process parameters on the product, and demonstrate the rationality of the setting;

9. Regularly evaluate the solved production process or quality control plan;

10. Summarize and archive all quality inspection records and related materials, analyze the reasons for material procurement, production process, and quality problems of finished products, and propose improvement plans and promote relevant departments to solve them in time;

11. Assist in tracking the use of products, handling the quality problems of customer feedback, and improving quality control based on customer feedback;

12. Collect and organize the rationalization proposals of the employees in the department, and report the specific implementation work after approval by the department head;

13. Participate in R&D testing and after-sales technical support;

14. Complete other tasks arranged by the superior.


Chapter 3: Job responsibilities of quality engineers

Inspect the main product parts.

Confirm the product sample and write a sample quality report based on the product sample.

Prepare product specifications for new products in the technical department.

Make the appropriate inspection tools according to the quality requirements of the new products.

Participate in reviewing the quality and performance of new products.

Review with the technology and procurement departments about product incoming issues.

Solve the quality problems that arise in the engineering of the product.

According to the relevant drawings of the technical department, the inspection requirements for the products are formulated.
