General Manager's post duties


Part 1: General Secretary of the Office

Part 2: General Manager's Office Job Responsibilities

1. General office reception work: answering the phone; guiding the guest into the conference room, pouring tea, notifying the relevant personnel to meet; signing the letter and so on;

2. Drafting, submitting, copying, distributing, reminding, registering, retiring and filing of various administrative documents;

3. Fill in the monthly report of the development company and submit the report on the 12th of the following month;

4. Prepare a monthly report on the real estate market;

5. Fill in the real estate statistical report of the Bureau of Statistics and submit it before the end of each month; the statistical annual report will be reported before January of the following year;

6. All kinds of file management work of the company;

7. Annual review of the company's business license, report the annual inspection report, and prepare the annual inspection materials;

8. Contact the insurance company to purchase the company's vehicle compulsory insurance and commercial insurance;

9. Maintenance, management and repair of the company's network and office equipment;

10. Follow up the approval process for the contract approval form of each department, and apply for the payment of the contract;

11. Responsible for cleaning the conference room, the general management office, and the care of the conference room and the general management flowers and plants;

12. Accounting for logistics costs at the construction site and monthly water and electricity charges for office properties;

13. Formulate monthly material use plans, and do a good job in procurement, acceptance, warehousing, distribution and management of materials;

Part 3: General Manager's Job Responsibilities

1. According to the requirements of the Director of the General Manager, assist in drafting the hotel's comprehensive business report, plan, summary, resolution briefing and official letter of the department.

2. Participate in the administrative regular meeting and the general manager's office meeting, do a good job of meeting minutes, understand the implementation of decisions and resolutions, and provide timely feedback.

3. Summarize all kinds of reports, do a good job of hotel memorabilia and foreign affairs activities.

4. Assist the general manager's room director to do daily reception, letter visits and other related matters. Responsible for the inspection and publication of documents and internal texts.

5. Responsible for the general manager's daily telephone transfer.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager's office director.


Part 4: General Manager's Job Responsibilities

1. Reasonably assist the general manager in daily schedule and daily work plan, and promptly remind;

2. Drafting various manuscripts according to the instructions of the general manager and the director of the general managerial office, and timely communicating the instructions of the general manager to all departments to follow up and implement the work of the general manager;

3. Responsible for the company's various meeting notices, meeting preparations, meeting minutes, etc.;

Chapter 5: General Manager's Office Responsibilities

2. Organize the company's executive meeting and general manager's office, make good minutes, prepare meeting minutes and resolutions, and check the implementation of various departments to timely understand and feedback information;

3. Responsible for organizing relevant personnel to handle the management of official documents, such as sending and receiving, typing, printing, communication, and document files, and the use of seals;

4. Responsible for reviewing and issuing documents to ensure that the text is fluent and conforms to the official document format requirements;

6. Assist the Director of the General Manager to make daily reception letters, visits and other related matters, and urge the implementation of the decision of the general manager;

17. Responsible for the protection of archives, anti-theft, fire, moisture, light, dust, pest control, etc.;

18. Strictly abide by the secrecy system, and shall not use the powers to expand the scope of use of the files without authorization, and shall not disclose the confidentiality of the files, and shall not destroy the archival materials without authorization;

19. Responsible for the reception work, send faxes and answer the phone and make a message record;
