Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of the company's website, establish a good corporate image, and ensure the safety of the company's business information, this method is formulated in accordance with the relevant file regulations of the group company and the group company office.

Article 2 These Measures shall apply to all business personnel and other relevant personnel involved in the management of the company's website.

Article 3 The computer inspector of the Public Security Sub-division is responsible for the computer security supervision of the company's website; the company's party committee secretaries are responsible for the website information security supervision.

Article 4 The main departments and related departments shall be established in each column of the company's website. The responsible department shall be responsible for the collection, collation and publication of online information, and shall be directly responsible for the security and effectiveness of the information; the relevant departments shall cooperate with the responsible department to work with the main The information requested by the department shall not be refused for any reason; all units of the company and all departments of the company must have a network administrator who is responsible for managing the login name and password of the network office and shall not disclose and disclose it at will.

Article 5 The company establishes a meeting system for the website management leading group, which is convened by the leader of the leading group and the chief engineer of the company. Article 6 The duties of the website management leading group meeting:

Article 7 The company establishes a webmaster meeting system, which is convened by the director of the company's office, and the network administrators of all departments participate.

Article 8 Responsibilities of the webmaster meeting:

1. General technical problem solving;

2. Technical changes in website columns and web pages;

3. Does not involve general modifications to the overall structure of the website;

4. Comment on the design and technology of each column;

5. Train business personnel in a timely manner;

6. Confirm the violations of the management personnel and report the results to the website management leadership group meeting;

7. Correctly correct problems in daily management.

Article 9 The columns of the company's website shall be kept up-to-date. For those columns that are not updated for a long time, the webmaster meeting has the right to cancel the management rights of the relevant departments, and report to the website management leading group meeting to inform the relevant responsible persons.

Article 10 Where the information published in the columns of the company's website is publicly released, the responsible department or relevant department must fill in the "Information Release Approval Form" in duplicate, carefully review and sign the opinions separately, and be examined and approved by the company's supervisors, and a copy for future reference. Article 12 Anyone who has one of the following acts is a general violation.

10. Unauthorized modification of the website webpage source code, affecting the website browsing speed;

11. Refuse to participate in the webmaster meeting without justifiable reasons and refuse to implement the resolution of the meeting;

12. Incapable of fulfilling the duties of the administrator.

Article 13 Any network administrator who commits one of the following acts is a serious violation; if a company or an individual causes loss of credibility or economic benefits, it is a computer crime and should be legally sanctioned:

1. Deliberately publishing false information and spreading rumors;

2. Publish information concerning the company's trade secrets, ~ and personal privacy;

3. Unauthorized shutdown of anti-virus software and "firewall" software, resulting in loss of company benefits;

4. Unauthorized use of hacker software to attack other people's computers

Article 14 For general violations, the webmaster meeting has the right to suggest that the relevant department cancel its administrator qualification and notify it; for serious violations, the webmaster meeting should promptly report to the website management leading group meeting for administrative or economical The punishment, involving crimes, shall be handed over to the public security organs and investigated for legal responsibility.

Article 15 The computer inspector of the sub-committee of the public security department shall regularly inspect the computers of the departments in charge of each column. If the computer security management requirements are not met, the responsible person of the department shall be notified in writing to rectify within a time limit.

Article 16 The secretaries of party committees shall inspect the information files of the departments in charge of each column. For documents that do not meet the requirements for confidentiality, they shall promptly notify the person in charge of the department, order them to rectify within a time limit, and evaluate the degree of leaks; In case of an incident, it is necessary to promptly notify the website management leading group meeting and handle the relevant responsible persons.

Article 17 These Measures shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.

Article 18 These measures shall be interpreted by the company office.
