I. Contents of the business projects of both parties As the voice platform and hardware provider, Party A acts as the information content provider, and both parties make full use of their own advantages to carry out voice consulting services.
Party A may use the hardware equipment and number resources provided by Party B to conduct 24-hour information consultation services. And responsible for the organization, organization, classification and maintenance of the information.
Party B uses its own platform and certain resources to provide Party A with the hardware equipment, billing system and number resources required for the business.
Second, the operation mode The consulting network takes the user to dial the special service number to access the intelligent platform system, and listen to the information consultation service provided by Party A for 24 hours. And through the B-party billing platform, the user is charged a corresponding usage fee.
Party A shall pay Party B a rental fee for hardware equipment, billing system and number resources in a certain proportion based on the collected information usage fee.
The information usage fee shall be charged by Party B to the user on behalf of Party A, and Party A shall pay Party B the collection labor service fee according to the proportion agreed upon in the agreement. Party A shall not conduct various propaganda in the name of Party B.
Party A shall not collect, edit, produce or disseminate the following contents during the course of business:
Oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution;
Endanger national security, leak state secrets, subvert state power, and undermine national unity;
Damage to national honour and interests;
Inciting national hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining national unity;
Destroy the state's religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions;
Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;
Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetment;
Insulting or slandering others, infringing on legitimate rights and interests;
Containing other content prohibited by law or administrative regulations;
If there is a violation, Party A shall bear the corresponding legal responsibilities and Party B shall have the right to terminate this Agreement.
4. Party B is responsible for Party B's special service number _________.
Party B shall provide hardware equipment, number resources, special line telephone related billing system, pricing and charging equipment and related technical personnel, equipment, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

V. The propaganda of both parties needs to be unified, and the quality supervision telephone number of Party A will be announced when propagating and publishing information.
9. This Agreement shall automatically terminate in the event that the information provided by Party A is inaccurate and affects the creditworthiness of Party B or Party A's three consecutive months of insufficient calls _________ minutes/month/per service number.
X. Due to force majeure, business risks, system failures, etc., and the problems caused by them, the two parties are not responsible.
