After friendly negotiation, both parties will lease the service on the icon/text storage location provided by Party B on the _________ website, and reach the following agreement:
Article 1 Rights and obligations of both parties
1. Party A's rights and obligations Party A can enjoy the service after paying the service fee.
Party A shall, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the Supreme People's Court on the Interpretation of Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in the Case of Disputes Concerning Computer Network Copyright Disputes, ensure that the content provided has a legal right license, and the content provided by Party A infringes on the legality of others. In the case of rights, Party A shall bear full responsibility, including the losses caused to Party B.
Once the legal right holder has issued a warning to Party B regarding the infringement of the Internet content, Party B has the right to stop the publication of the content of the Internet and provide Party A with the registration information of Party A on Party B's network, and has the right to request Party A. Immediately remove infringing web content.
Party A shall be responsible for the interpretation and full responsibility of Party A's use of the information stored in its business activities. Party A shall be liable for compensation if it causes losses to Party B.
2. Party B's rights and obligations, in addition to eliminating force majeure factors, ensure the safe, reliable and stable operation of the system, and ensure that Party A's graphic/text is displayed normally.
No liability for service interruption or other defects caused by force majeure.
If it is found that the information stored in Party A violates relevant laws, regulations, administrative rules and regulations, or the relevant competent department issues an injunction or similar request to Party B concerning the information stored in Party A, Party B has the right to immediately stop Party A. Provide relevant services and notify Party A in a timely manner. Party B shall not be liable for any compensation if Party A corrects or the competent department lifts the ban and then resumes the service.

Article 3 Service Fees and Term

Article 4 Liability for breach of contract

3. All the responsibilities and economic disputes caused by Party A's business activities through its stored information are not related to Party B.
4. In addition to the force majeure factor, Party B shall ensure that the graphic/text of Party A is displayed normally. Due to other factors, Party B's pictorial/character will not display properly, and Party A will cause losses to Party A. Party B shall compensate Party A for the daily service amount from the stop operation to the recovery operation according to the service fee stipulated in this agreement. The maximum compensation shall not exceed the full service fee paid by Party A.
Article 5 Dispute Resolution The disputes arising from the performance of this Agreement by both parties shall be resolved through friendly negotiation on the principle of mutual understanding and mutual accommodation. If the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the _________ Arbitration Commission for arbitration. Except for disputes under arbitration, the parties shall continue to exercise the remaining rights under this Agreement and perform other obligations under this Agreement.
Article 6 Others
1. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be implemented in accordance with the Telecommunications Regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant state regulations.
2. Before the expiration of the cooperation period, the two parties will discuss whether to renew the contract.
3. This Agreement shall be made in two copies, each of which shall be executed by both parties, and shall be effective upon signature or seal by both parties.
4. If there is any adjustment to the tariffs of Party B, this Agreement shall be subject to this Agreement.
