5. During the lease term, any other changes such as Party A personnel will not affect the execution of this agreement. No party may use any excuse to influence the execution of the agreement. Otherwise, all economic losses caused by the party shall be the sole responsibility of Party B. It can be jointly operated with others and can be subleased to operate by others, but the lease term does not exceed the agreed period.

6. After the lease expires, the land will be owned by the village collective. The contract will be invalidated by itself and no legal benefit will occur. If Party B needs to continue to lease, Party A will give priority to Party B. If Party B does not rent Party B, the assets will be handled according to national laws.

7. Other unsuccessful benefits and adjustments to national policies need to be adjusted by both parties. The above agreement shall take effect on the date of signing by both parties, and no party shall violate it, otherwise the consequences shall be the responsibility of the party.
