Charter party
Unit of use: Referred to as Party A ship unit:
1. Party B agrees to lease the ship's horsepower to Party A according to the needs of Party A, and this contract is signed by both parties.
2. Party A's chartering of Party B's ships is limited to work. Party A only has the right to dispatch, and the safety of navigation and technical operations are the responsibility of Party B. If Party A needs to add equipment to the ship, it must be approved by the ship. If the hull and the equipment on board are damaged, Party A shall be responsible for the restoration of the original condition or compensation when the rent is withdrawn; the rent shall be collected during the repair period, and Party B shall be responsible for the loss caused by the driving, and the loss caused by special circumstances shall be handled according to the maritime regulations.
3. During the lease period, the ship is delayed during the lease due to weather, etc., but the machine fails or the ship’s responsibility is to collect the rent within 24 hours. Party A informs the ship management department to collect the rent according to B for more than 24 hours. Return to Party A.
4. Regardless of whether they are sailing or parked, in the event of irresistible human disasters, government decrees and military operations, both parties will be damaged and submitted to the higher authorities for maritime affairs.
5. The lease period is set to be the year. From the date of the 19th year to the end of the 19th day, if Party A continues to use or deactivate, it should submit a consultation to the ship management office five days ago. Otherwise, the lease fee or the contract period will be charged according to the contract. Transfer the boat back and arrange the task separately.
6. The monthly rent is RMB. The ship management office will settle the bill from the effective date of the contract. It will be settled once a month, rented on a monthly basis, and charged for one month in less than one month. The overdue portion is charged on a daily basis.
7. The fuel is responsible for the party, but the party needs assistance and the cost is borne by the party.
8. Vessels carrying special materials such as stoning stones shall be responsible for the provision of paving slabs by Party A to protect the hull.
9. Both parties will accept the ship's location in Hong Kong.
10. The original of this contract is three copies, one for Party A and Party B, one copy for each, one for Party A, one for Party B, one for ship management, one for Bank of China and one branch of China People's Construction Bank for implementation.
11. This contract is effective on the day of the 19th.
12. The unfinished matters can be executed after the occurrence of the agreement, as agreed upon by both parties.
