The first rental booth

Party B leases the booth of Party Building Materials, with an area of _________ square meters.

Article 3 Rent

The rent standard is _________ yuan per year and the rent is paid annually.

Article 4 Party A's Rights and Obligations

1. Formulate rules and regulations concerning public security, fire protection, sanitation, electricity use, business hours, etc. in accordance with the law and be responsible for supervision and implementation.

2. Provide Party B with booths and related supporting facilities and display conditions to ensure normal display of Party B.

3. Management of booths, including planning and control of booths, division of functional areas, positioning of product grades, quality management, service quality management, image design supervision, public relations coordination, personnel training, etc.

4. Carry out property management for the exhibition area and be responsible for the safety and construction and maintenance of the operation facilities in the exhibition area.

5. The rent includes all the expenses such as booth rental fee, property fee, electricity fee and heating fee.

Article 5 Party B's rights and obligations

1. Have the right to supervise Party A's obligations under the contract.

2. It shall have legal business qualifications and operate in accordance with the business scope approved by the administrative department for industry and commerce, and provide relevant materials such as product inspection reports or product quality inspection certificates.

3. Carry out business activities in accordance with the agreed purposes, consciously abide by the rules and regulations formulated by Party A, and obey the supervision and management of Party A.

4. Pay the rent on time and bear the cost of booth production.

5. Care and reasonable use of the facilities in the exhibition area, if you need to change, you should first obtain the consent of Party A, and the damage should be repaired or compensated.

6. In accordance with the provisions of the administrative departments at all levels, the company operates legally in accordance with the principles of fairness, reasonableness, honesty and credibility, and must not harm the national interests and the legitimate rights and interests of other operators and consumers, and bear all the consequences caused by illegal operations.

7. If the booth is transferred to a third party or exchanged with other tenants, the written consent of Party A shall be obtained first, and relevant procedures shall be handled according to the regulations, and the business license shall not be rented, transferred, loaned or sold.

8. Provide the filing materials of the person or the company in accordance with the requirements of Party A.

9. The advertising rights of non-Party B chartered booths are owned by Party A. Party B shall not advertise in any form without the consent of Party A.

Article 6 Dissolution of the contract

Party B has the right to cancel the contract if Party B has one of the following circumstances:

1. Those who do not have legal business qualifications, including being revoked by the relevant administrative department and recovering their business licenses due to illegal business operations.

2. The booth was not used in accordance with the agreed use, and was not corrected by written notice from Party A.

3. The booth will be subleased, transferred, loaned to a third party, or exchanged with other tenants.

4. The rent was not paid within 10 days.

5. Violation of the rules and regulations formulated by Party A is serious or refuses to comply with Party A’s management.

6. If Party A or Party B needs to cancel the contract in advance due to its own reasons, it shall notify the other party in writing 15 days in advance, and after the negotiation, cancel the lease procedure and pay liquidated damages to the other party according to the standard of 20% of the rent.

Article 7 Other liability for breach of contract

1. If Party A fails to provide the booth according to the agreement and Party B fails to display it properly, Party B shall reduce the corresponding rent. Party B has the right to request Party A to continue to perform or cancel the contract.

2. If Party B fails to pay the rent as agreed, Party B shall pay Party A a penalty of 1% of the delayed rent on a daily basis.

Article 8 Disclaimer

Party A shall reduce the corresponding rent when the booth is not suitable for use or lease due to force majeure or other reasons that cannot be attributed to both parties.

If the booth cannot be recovered, the contract will be automatically terminated and the parties will not be liable for breach of contract.

Article 9 Renewal

1. If Party B intends to terminate the lease after the lease expires, Party A shall notify Party A in writing 15 days in advance, and Party A shall provide a written reply to whether or not to agree to the renewal of the lease before the lease expires. If Party A agrees to renew the lease, both parties shall re-sign the lease contract.

If Party A fails to provide a written reply before the expiration of the lease term, Party A shall agree to renew the lease, the lease term is irregular, and the rent standard is the same as this contract.

2. If Party B fails to breach the contract, it shall have the right to lease the booth under the same conditions. If Party B does not intend to renew the lease, Party B shall notify Party A in writing within 15 days before the expiration of the lease; if Party B has breach of contract, is it The renewal of the lease is determined by Party A.

Article 10 Return of leased booths

If the lease fails to be renewed or the contract is terminated early due to reasons such as cancellation, Party B shall return the leased booth and the supporting facilities provided by Party A to Party A in good and suitable rent within 5 days after the lease expires or the contract is terminated. . If Party B fails to return it in accordance with the agreement, Party A has the right to take necessary measures to recover it, and the losses caused by it shall be borne by Party B at the rate of 1% of the rent.

Article 11 Dispute Resolution

The dispute arising from this contract shall be settled by negotiation between the two parties. If the negotiation or mediation fails, it shall be submitted to the _________ People's Court for prosecution.

Article 12 Other agreed matters

The change or supplement of the contents of the contract by both parties shall be in writing and signed and sealed by both parties as the subsidiary files of the contract. The subsidiary files have the same legal effect as this contract.

The rules and regulations formulated by Party A shall also be the subsidiary files of this contract. If the content of the rules and regulations conflicts with the contractual agreement, this contract shall prevail, except as otherwise provided by national laws and policies.

This contract shall become effective on the date of signature and seal by both parties. In duplicate, each party holds a copy.
