Investigation report on the management of employee files
The xx County Labor and Social Security Bureau has been uniformly deployed according to the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau. Recently, the SIPO organized relevant personnel to conduct a comprehensive survey on the management of the employees' files in the county. The relevant situation is reported below.
First, the basic situation
1. Management method of enterprise employee files Since the implementation of the “Regulations on the Management of Enterprise Employees' Files”, most of the employee files of our county enterprises are managed by the personnel department of the competent department of the enterprise, and a few are managed by the personnel department of the enterprise.
2. Contents of enterprise employee files The employee files of the enterprise mainly include academic materials, workers' employment materials, and materials for joining the party. Second, the labor security administrative departments at all levels should attach great importance to the management of enterprise employees' files. Formulate a standardized and effective management system, strengthen supervision, regular inspections, identify problems, and resolve them in a timely manner. Regularly conduct business training for file management personnel to continuously improve the business standards of file management personnel. In view of the many problems existing in the current employee file management, all employees' files are thoroughly cleaned and standardized during the specified period to ensure the integrity, authenticity and accuracy of the employee files.
The third is to make the management of enterprise employees' files more standardized and scientific. Re-regulate the content, classification, and archives standards of employee files. Areas with conditions should use computer network technology to gradually establish a systematic management system for employee personal files and pension insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance, medical insurance, and reemployment, and provide convenient services for enterprises through scientific management. We will protect the interests of employees and enterprises, give full play to the service functions of the labor security department, improve the efficiency of work, and make the file management work scientific and standardized.
