Relying on the advantages of the network to build a broadband community


The scope of the traditional access network can only reach the entrance of the community or the building, and the services provided are mainly voice and have a single function. At present, all major provinces and cities across the country are setting up the construction of community informationization. Various subsystems in the community such as CCTV closed-circuit television monitoring system, video intercom system, residential area network system, residential broadband network system, and residential property comprehensive management system Separate wiring, separate installation, self-contained system. Not only caused repeated construction, repeated investment, but also caused management interface confusion, management costs and other results. If all the subsystems in the community can be included in the access network and managed in a unified network management interface, the various subsystems will be used as the service of the community network platform, which will undoubtedly bring about a revolution. This change is not only a revolution in community building; it also greatly expands the scope of the access network; it enriches the function of the access network. The access network can be extended from the cell entrance to each household's home and penetrate into people's daily lives. This is a good thing for telecom companies, equipment manufacturers, and real estate developers.
The construction of the community can be divided into three levels:
1. The construction of the community network includes the construction of the residential network platform and the residential network service.
There are many forms of network construction in the community. At present, the most popular development is the regional network mode. On the basis of PDS integrated wiring, the necessary network equipment can be added to form a network platform for the community. It is possible to achieve mutual access between community residents, and the community residents access the property management center. The biggest feature of the local area network is that it is simple to implement. The products required for building a regional network have undergone many developments and have been supported by many vendors. The networking method is flexible and diverse. However, there are also shortcomings of poor network security and difficulty in maintenance. With the increasing popularity of ADSL technology, ADSL technology can also be used to build a network platform in a cell. The characteristic of ADSL is that the video bandwidth can be obtained on the basis of the original telephone line. The downlink bandwidth can reach 8M, and the uplink bandwidth can reach 640k. There are two ways to set up an ADSL network in a cell. One is the ADSL full coverage method of the Shanghai Telephone Bureau Broadband Access Network Office, which provides each household with a line of ADSL. In this way, the original telephone line does not need any modification, only the ADSL data machine needs to be added at the user end, and the central office joins the DSLAM. The networking mode is simple and clear, and it is applicable to both old district reconstruction and new residential areas. However, the construction cost of this method is very high. According to the current price, the equipment cost is about 6,000 yuan/corpse, which is much higher than the capacity that real estate developers and residents can afford. At the same time, the bandwidth of each household is too high, and the bandwidth of 8M is large. Larger than the bandwidth requirements of any video business. The second method is to share the first-line ADSL in a small area network by 6 or 12 households. The cost per production is reduced to 500 or 1000 yuan/household, and the downlink bandwidth of 8M can be shared by these users. In this way, the shortcomings of ADSL full coverage are effectively overcome. However, in this way, the level wiring is changed from the telephone line to the Category 5 network cable, and some adjustments need to be made on the line. Therefore, it is only applicable to the newly added cell.
The cell network service has two aspects. First, the construction of the community's own website, this is actually a small ICP, the content is mainly based on the internal services of the community, including the club reservation, online community, community housekeeping services, etc. Its main users are residents of the community. It is generally not open to others. Another aspect of the network business is the security system in the community and in the household. In the traditional security system, the data transmission method uses a serial signal, and the sensor signal is transmitted to a dedicated control terminal by a dedicated cable. In doing so, first of all, on the wiring, the serial cable and the original network platform wiring in the cell overlap, and secondly, the agreement of the serial signal often claims to be a system, and the agreements between different manufacturers are not related to each other. If the interfaces of the security system are all Ethernet interfaces, the sensors are connected to the network platform of the community, and the control terminals are also connected to the network platform, so that the original functions can be realized, and no other wiring is needed in the middle. . Due to the use of the Ethernet protocol, the difficulty of signal interoperability between different manufacturers is also reduced. By the same token, the traditional building automation system in the community can also be connected to the network platform of the community in this way. All systems are considered together, which not only reduces the construction cost, but also increases the service of the cell network and improves the utilization rate of the cell network.
2. Strive for the construction of the network business of the community At present, Shanghai has built a nationwide leading ATM backbone network, but there are too few types of services that can be carried out on the Internet. After the network platform of the cell accesses the backbone network in various ways, there is no more services except the high-speed Internet access, and the network usage rate is not high.
The businesses that can be carried out now include high-bandwidth interactive video services such as distance education, telemedicine, VOD, and GOD, and high-security businesses represented by e-commerce, which also require efforts from all walks of life.
If the high-bandwidth video services are all transmitted to the user's home through the backbone network after the cell accesses the backbone network, the bandwidth requirement of the backbone network increases as the number of users increases. When the number of users is large, it will put a lot of pressure on the backbone network. Therefore, the current mode cannot be promoted on a large scale. If combined with the construction of the cell, mirror sites are added in the cell, and these mirror sites are periodically synchronized with the main server. As long as the cell user accesses the server inside the cell, these services can be used to convert the bandwidth requirement of the backbone network to the network platform inside the cell. In this way, the pressure on the backbone network can be greatly reduced, and the user can be developed in a large amount.
E-commerce is implemented in the cell, all of which are so-called BtoC models. There are two difficulties in the current e-commerce. One is security. In the end, the consumer directly has a relationship with the merchant. The consumer does not trust the merchant, and the merchant does not trust the consumer. Therefore, a third-party identification system is needed. The second is the problem of logistics and distribution. After the consumers order the goods, they often cannot receive the goods on time. This is actually not supported by a strong logistics distribution system. If the community is built and the property management center of the community is added to the e-commerce to form the so-called BtoBtoC model, both problems can be alleviated. The property management center of the community understands that residents in each community can form a strong sense of trust between residents and property management. A property management company as a company can also establish good relationships with banks or businesses. When the resident of the community needs to shop online, he can get the commodity information he needs through the website in the community, and register it on the e-commerce platform of the community. The platform of the community automatically transmits this request to the merchant who establishes a good relationship with himself. There. The merchant sends the goods to the property management center through the distribution system, and sends the goods to the users in the property management center. Since the merchant and the property management center are a kind of cooperation relationship between enterprises, the logistics distribution can be carried out in batches, and therefore, the cost of distribution can be reduced. At the same time, property management can also benefit from acting as a “transfer station”. This model is beneficial to consumers, property management companies, and businesses.
3. The construction of a public broadband access platform is different from the existing broadband access system. The public broadband access platform emphasizes unified access and separate management. Since the cells are distributed in various places in the city, if all of them are connected to a place through the backbone network for identification and billing, the network structure is not reasonable. At the same time, due to the large number of Internet users, if there is only one access server, the server is required to have a strong processing capability, and as the number of users increases, the corresponding processing capacity increases correspondingly. The requirements are very high. Since the cell user is a piece of development, the tariff policy is different from that of a single broadband user, and even different cells are different. Some communities may implement a monthly subscription system, and the corresponding bandwidth may be given less. Some cells may implement traffic accounting, and some communities may implement timing.
If a public access platform is established, the cell accesses the backbone network, which can greatly save the resources of the backbone network. At the same time, a broadband access server only strives for several cells, and the processing capability is not required to be too high, which can reduce the one-time construction cost. The most important thing is that the corresponding charging system can be established according to different situations of the cell to realize separate management of the cell.
By constructing a network platform inside the cell and receiving the backbone network through the public broadband access system, the smooth transition and hierarchical management of the network platform from the backbone network to the end user can be basically realized. At the same time, by developing different types of network services in the cell and on the backbone network, the usage rate of the telecommunication network can be greatly increased, the revenue of the telecommunication network can be increased, and the telecommunication service can be promoted into the cell to attract the end user. The joint construction of the network platform and network services can enable telecom companies to remain invincible in the fierce competition in the future.
