I. Basic situation of party organizations and party members

My branch is affiliated to the Committee of the Construction Bureau of the Shanhaiguan District of the Chinese Communist Party. At present, there are 22 members of the Communist Party of China, accounting for 25% of the total number of employees, including 17 members of the Communist Party of China, 5 retired, and 12 with college education or above. 7 people, 7 young party members under the age of 35, and 11 middle-level cadres, form a team of members of the old, middle and young, professional knowledge and experience, and a high level of professional skills, and become an important backbone of the unit. My branch set up a secretary and a deputy secretary, and two support committee members. In the construction of party organizations, according to the fact that the subordinate units are scattered and the office conditions of the organs are poor, in order to facilitate the management of grassroots party members, organize and implement the party organization. Various activities, the establishment of the party group, the nursery party group, the lotus lake park party group and the retirement party group, and set up the team leader. Organize party members' learning activities to focus leadership and group responsibility to ensure that all party members and cadres have the opportunity to receive education and education.

In recent years, my branch has taken various measures to strengthen the organization, the construction of the leadership team, the construction of party members and cadres, and achieved good results. In strengthening the organization, our branch has further revised and improved the post responsibility system of the party branch, the attendance appraisal system, the conference learning system, the nine service commitment system, and the garden work style norms and other rules and regulations on the basis of the original rules and regulations. The formulation and implementation of these institutional measures have made the organizational concept, discipline concept, self-motivation and sense of responsibility of each party member of the branch have been improved to varying degrees, enhancing the combat effectiveness and cohesiveness of the party branch. In the construction of the leadership team, my branch started with the establishment of a good team image, requiring members of the team to be strict with the law in their work and life. Life outlook, values, and consciously use the party discipline, political discipline, and laws and regulations to strictly demand themselves. Third, the party members' work style

In the work and life, the party members and cadres of my branch always adhere to the hard work, diligent and entrepreneurial work style, adhere to the principle of modesty and prudence, not arrogant and arrogant, insist on seeking truth and being pragmatic, do not figure out the noble style, can always use The standards of a party member strictly demand themselves, use party discipline to discipline themselves, be honest and self-disciplined, diligent and unpopular, and maintain a good image of Communist Party members. The establishment of grassroots organizations in my branch is set according to the requirements of the higher authorities. In the work of developing party members, our branch strictly implemented the development of party members' work procedures and conscientiously implemented the provisions of the "Detailed Rules for the Work of the Communist Party of China." In terms of the training of activists in the party, my branch has established a regular learning system. According to the seasonal characteristics of the garden work, in the busy season, the study is concentrated once a quarter, and the winter leisure season is concentrated once a month. In the content of learning, to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, improve the level of theoretical knowledge, cultivate a strong mental state of struggle, enhance sense of responsibility, sense of mission, and so on, so that the party activists reach their minds and actions. In the past three years, my branch has developed a total of six new party members and identified two party activists. Through observation, these new party members have effectively played a leading role in the work of the vanguard model. V. Problems and causes

1. The theoretical knowledge of learning is not comprehensive, the topic is single, the depth is not enough, the form of learning is not rich enough, resulting in more learning times, but the effect is not satisfactory. The theoretical knowledge of the workforce is poor and the knowledge is narrow. The reason for the analysis is mainly due to the fact that due to the limitations of office conditions, it is impossible to adopt vivid and specific forms of learning and education such as multimedia and video materials. There are also venues for teachers of the party school to hold lectures. It can only read some written materials and reduce learning. The effect of educational activities, the knowledge of learning is not comprehensive, not profound, and not specific.

2. The various rules and regulations are not perfect, and the content is not specific and specific. It is mainly because some systems are formed earlier and are not revised in time. They are not compatible with the current requirements. In addition, some systems are not perfect and some have not been added in time to cause some omissions.

3. As a grassroots party branch, most of the party members are engaged in production and technical work in the first line. They receive less education from the party and have a narrower knowledge. Individual party members have insufficient understanding of the guiding significance of the important thinking of the "three represents". I don't know how. Using the important thinking of the "Three Represents" to guide his work, although he can firmly support the party's major decisions and important theoretical issues, there are still problems that are not clear enough.
