First, we must fully understand the importance of building a well-off society in a new and comprehensive way from a global and systematic level. The city has comprehensively deployed a comprehensive well-off society and coordinated urban and rural development. Second, we must systematically plan and rationally plan a comprehensive well-off new rural area with the concept of modernization and urbanization. In order to further coordinate urban and rural development and accelerate the integration of urban and rural areas, the city has proposed a city center of “one center, three major plates, and one green corridor”. Integrated planning architecture. In the process of promoting the construction of a comprehensive well-off new rural area, we must correctly handle the four pairs of relations: First, the relationship between point and face. 3. Grab the pilot. The pilot is divided into two levels: township and town level. The city focuses on five points: mountain point villas, plain demolition and old construction, large central village consolidation and packaging, protection and construction of ancient villages, and mountain migration directly into the city. The two pilots in the mountainous point villas and the plains will be demolished at the end of next year.
