2. The chain management enterprises that operate seeds in our district are all operating in the form of contracting and setting up sales in townships and towns. In the management, they adopt the procedures for providing enterprises and provide certain funds to the bottom. The enterprises wholesale the seeds to various shops. Each store operates independently and is responsible for its own profits and losses.
3. The characteristic of chain operation is that the operators do not need to rush to purchase goods, and the direct delivery by enterprises has played a role in quickly occupying the market and expanding the market operation.
4. At present, the local government has not issued any policy measures to support the chain operation. As long as the enterprise is legal and the products in operation comply with relevant laws and regulations, it can enter the Lijiang market. However, it is still quite difficult for enterprises to carry out chain operation in rural areas. Under the current institutional and policy conditions, most of the agricultural resources management market is occupied by individuals. They are flexible and do not require excessive management fees and low operating costs. Friends and family can also take credit sales, which are unmatched by business operations.
Third, strengthen the management of agricultural resources market to ensure normal business order

Staging, standardizing the agricultural capital market, further rectifying and regulating the order of agricultural production materials such as seeds, pesticides, veterinary drugs, fertilizers and agricultural machinery, protecting the safety of agricultural production and the vital interests of farmers, and promoting the healthy development of the rural economy in the region.
4.
