At the end of another school year, I care about the past, I am ordinary, busy and full. Although the sky did not leave my mark, I have already worked hard to fly. With the care, support, guidance and help of the school leaders, our class has been steadily moving forward with the cooperation of the teachers. I mainly do the following work:

First, the implementation of daily behavioral norms:

Although we have been obsessing daily behavioral norms, we are not particularly in place. Under the new requirements of this semester, our classes are re-regulated from all aspects. Every day, there are special personnel responsible for checking the two operations; there are special personnel responsible for classroom and health district hygiene; there are special personnel responsible for classroom and extracurricular discipline; there are special personnel responsible for civility and courtesy; and there are special personnel responsible for learning. Reporting every day, every Monday, the results are good.

Second, the formation and training of the cadre team:

Vigorously praise the merits of cadres, publicize their advanced deeds, help small cadres establish prestige; encourage cadres to work boldly, point out their working methods, and more strictly require cadres to make greater progress in knowledge and ability, and lead by example in discipline. Strive to give the whole class an exemplary role in all aspects, to take the lead; to cultivate the spirit of unity and cooperation among cadres, to establish correct and sound public opinion through the small group of cadres, to drive the whole class to carry out criticism and self-criticism, and to form a collective organization, Disciplined and enterprising, with a face to face.

Third, pay close attention to education and teaching:

Use the class to give students a view of life and ideal education, and work closely with the teachers in the department. Start with the attitude of learning and do a good job in education and teaching every day. During this semester, the overall learning style of our class is strong, and there is an atmosphere of learning to help. Every morning, there are class representatives and teachers to set the content. As soon as the students arrive in the classroom, the book is stunned.

Fourth, plan the goals of the class and individual:

There are goals to be motivated. Based on the school work schedule and the actual situation of the class, I will formulate the long-term and near-term goals of the whole class and the group in terms of knowledge, ability, and emotions, so that each student can clarify what the goals of the whole class and the group are struggling, and thus enhance Collective cohesion and motivation. Then, each student will develop a practical personal and near-term goal, and implement the collective motivation to each student to help and encourage everyone's progress, so that everyone can consciously ask themselves under obvious and easy pressure. .

Fifth, pay attention to the transformation work of the late students:

In terms of the transformation of the underachievers, I have divided into two categories. One is that Ma Jingru and Jin Fang have only poor academic performance; the other is that Ma Guoqing and Wu Ning have poor behavioral habits and discipline. I have different prescriptions for the characteristics of each and the reasons for the backwardness, the right medicine, and the long-term relentless counseling and education.

6. Pay attention to the development of the theme class meeting and the theme team meeting:

Under the unified deployment of the school, I pay attention to the effectiveness of each activity, so that each activity allows students to get a baptism of thoughts and souls, impress and guide their future words and deeds. In addition, according to the situation of the students in their thinking, learning and behavior, timely and self-proposed topics to hold targeted class meetings and team meetings, played a great role.

7. Develop students' individuality and creativity:

The talents needed in this era should be high-quality, complex and creative talents. At the same time, the class guides will make the greatest improvement and development of all students of different qualities on the basis of their originality. At the same time, they should strive to explore the potential of students and fully develop their individuality and ability to cultivate and create. I provide students with a variety of development platforms to support and encourage them to develop their strengths and not miss any opportunity to develop students' abilities.

8. Closely contact the teachers and parents of the department to establish a rich management method:

I can't achieve educational success with my own prestige and strength. I must strive for teachers and parents in this class to have consistent requirements and attitudes towards students, and often exchange views with them. The Parents' Association is an important way for the school to contact the parents. I attach great importance to ensuring the quality of the meeting and try to reach a consensus with the parents. Fully mobilized the enthusiasm of parents, and cooperate with school education for good children. Communicate with parents in a timely manner through telephone, home visits, interviews, etc., and establish rich management methods through observation, talks, supervision and reporting between cadres and classmates, and listening to opinions from school leaders, teachers, and society. Keep abreast of and regulate students' ideological behaviors.

Reflecting on my work, I think the direction of future efforts is:

First, the students are older, and the teaching methods must be flexible and adaptable to them;

Second, learning tired, how to make them learn and easy? Interested in not learning?

Third, puberty is coming, how to make them healthy and smooth transition to learn and progress?
