This semester, I worked as a three-shift class in the first grade. This is my first time as a class guide. At the beginning of the school, I organized the whole class to arrange the classroom so that every wall of the classroom has educational content and educational significance. At the same time, aiming at the characteristics of the students in the class, the English learning wall chart is hung in a prominent position, so that students can learn at any time.
Pay attention to the training of class cadres
After entering the school, the students will vote democratically through the form of class meetings, and select a group of cadres with high prestige and certain ability to work. Treat class cadres, I will guide them, use them boldly, pay attention to cultivating their ability to work, and ask them to lead by example. In addition, regular cadre meetings are held to discover and discuss solutions to problems that arise while arranging work and tasks. In this way, due to the integration of class cadres and leading by example, the class has been well taken the lead and achieved good results.
Pay attention to the combination of education and traditional moral education
The first-year students have just entered the country and are still not familiar with the middle school life. In addition, the small and medium-sized students have not developed good study and living habits. Individual students have a poor sense of discipline and are not accustomed to other people’s behavioral constraints and discipline. Some bad behaviors follow From there, such as absenteeism, fighting, playing computer games, etc. In the face of these violations, students can easily go astray in this special stage of study and life if they do not pay attention to guidance or improper guidance.
Pay attention to standardizing student behavior in many forms

Students are taught to develop good civilized habits and hygienic habits, supervise and help students to get rid of the bad habits of swearing.

We cooperated with the school to carry out activities such as exchanges and competitions, art competitions, handwritten newspaper competitions, English word competitions and Chinese word competitions, which greatly improved students' interest in learning.
