In 2019, in the class management, I have a lot of intentions and good results. The details are as follows:

First, the culture effect of the top students is obvious.

A class , if there is no top student, this class has no leader. A teacher, if you don't cultivate a top student, a good student will not be able to show his or her own chance, and the teacher will be very sad. In the past year, I have worked hard on the cultivation of top students. By the end of this semester, there are 1 in the top 10 and 9 in the top 120, which is close to other excellent classes . In the past, our top students were poor, and the top 100 students did not see students at all. In the case that students cannot be added, they can only rely on their own students to take the lead and try their best to encourage students to take the lead. Thanks to the effective measures, the effect is good, and I am very happy!

Second, the class cadres grew rapidly.

An excellent class leader must be good at discovering outstanding student cadres, and can make full use of the talents of the students, give the students a stage to exercise, and grow up.

This year, I worked hard on the training of class cadres. It is very important to master the principles of selecting cadres and to explore the rules of cadre training. Class cadres must choose to have prestige in the minds of students, have certain management skills, are willing to contribute to the development of the class , behave well, and have good academic performance. These are the principles to be mastered. This semester, I can break through my mind and boldly use a few classmates who have management skills and are loyal to the class. These students have grown up and become the backbone of class management. Due to the maturity of the class cadres, the class problems are diminishing and the learning atmosphere is getting stronger.

Third, twisting and learning is not relaxing.

This is the focus of class work. Learning to drive the development of other class affairs to learn to promote the transformation of other things in the class is a major principle in our class work. No learning is guaranteed, others are empty talks, so we start with the style of study, pay close attention to the learning atmosphere, and pay attention to the cultivation of learning habits, so that every student wants to learn and learn. In this school year, the students' learning momentum is rising, and the situation of comparison, learning, rushing, helping, and super has been formed. Most of the classmates in the class have been very engaged in learning, care about their own learning, and care about their academic performance, especially the students under my guidance, learned to help each other, cooperative learning, learned to boldly question, boldly explore.

Fourth, the daily quantitative management results are excellent.

This year, we seriously took the class quantification and achieved good results. Class quantification is not just a matter of scores. More importantly, it is related to the development of student behavior habits and to the reputation of the class . Therefore, we must do it well and not let go. We combine the school system with the quantitative assessment of the students in the class, and strictly combine the requirements of the school with the students, so that students can follow the rules.
