Psychological quality includes psychological endurance when suffering setbacks, attitude towards setbacks, correct attitude towards others, elimination of bad psychological problems such as jealousy, inferiority, depression, anxiety and laziness, becoming a positive, life-filled, mentally healthy person . Good habits include good study habits, such as listening carefully, completing homework on time, not late, not leaving early, good hygiene habits, good habits, etc. In these respects, I use the following methods to actively strive for good results.
