Class teacher's work summary
In a twinkling of an eye, one year has passed, reviewing the life of this year, our 7 classes from childish to mature. Although this is the second year I am a class teacher , the hardships I have never thought of, but I have done it! I will focus on building a team that works hard from the following aspects.
First, establish class goals
Needless to say, setting goals has a great boost to people. The goal of our class is: Everyone learns to be a person, and the class has a strong academic atmosphere and a strong discipline. It becomes a unity of unity, obedience, truth-seeking and enterprising.
Students learn to behave including personality traits, psychological quality training and good habit formation. Personality characteristics include making students extroverted and dare to express themselves; generous and not squeezing; gentle and not violent. Psychological quality includes psychological endurance when suffering setbacks, attitude towards setbacks, correct attitude towards others, elimination of bad psychological problems such as jealousy, inferiority, depression, anxiety and laziness, becoming a positive, life-filled, mentally healthy person . Good habits include good study habits, such as listening carefully, completing homework on time, not late, not leaving early, good hygiene habits, good habits, etc. In these respects, I use the following methods to actively strive for good results.
1. Establish a class spirit of unity, obedience, truth-seeking, and enterprising, and influence each class member with the overall environment.
2. Individual psychologists with some unhealthy attitudes are treated individually with a gentle attitude. Such as through a sincere conversation, Zhou Ji and other forms of communication.
3. For the common problem of the common problems of the class members. Forced to change bad habits and even take necessary punishments. This method is used for bad habits such as eating snacks and not paying homework.

Second, actively urge students to learn
In the last semester, all classes in our class were worse than the brothers. Students have poor academic performance and, more importantly, poor learning habits. In order for them to become knowledgeable and literate people in the future, I use various methods to urge them to work hard in learning. The specific methods include making full use of morning meeting classes, reading, writing, and slogging English words at noon and afternoon. Students with progress will use the evaluation class to praise the rewards. Students who are silent will stay after school and urge students who are not working hard. Take more and look more to prevent distraction, seriously criticize not to submit homework, class violations, etc.
After a long period of hard work, our class achieved good results in the mid-term exam of the second semester. The faces of the students showed a confident, proud smile. As a class teacher , I am also very happy, and hard work will always have a good return.
Third, strict discipline discipline
The quality of classroom discipline directly affects the formation of class style, the enthusiasm of students, the perception of the class and the cohesiveness of the students themselves. It can be said that if a class does not have good discipline, then the class negotiation room will fail.
How to do a good job in classroom discipline? Scratching, strict management, criticism, punishment, conversation, calling parents, writing inspections, writing guarantees, etc., methods are exhausted, but the effect is not obvious. As long as I am not in the classroom, discipline will soon be a mess. So we calmly thought about the method of discipline, and found that the root of the discipline is two points: First, urge students to learn, especially students with poor academic performance, do not give up learning; second, teach students to be sensible, learn to respect others, learn to maintain their own Face, learn to maintain your image in the minds of others and learn to be self-respecting. So I developed a "Daily Code of Conduct" which lists the points and points of the rules and regulations that students should follow. They are posted on the walls of the classroom so that everyone can see themselves and others. Deduction points and bonus points. Children like them are the most important face. As a result, everyone will pay attention to their own image problems, and they will not make mistakes. After one semester, our discipline is highly praised by the instructors, which is basically satisfactory and created. A good learning environment.
4. Obey the arrangements of the overall situation of the school and expand the influence of our class in the school.
Every year, the school arranges a variety of jobs for each class. As a basic unit of the school, if you can't obey the leadership of the school, then a school will be a mess. As a class teacher , in my usual work, I was able to actively cooperate with the school to arrange various tasks, and to complete the task satisfactorily. At the same time, I also encourage students to actively participate in various activities and competitions in the school, use all opportunities to expand the impact of our class in the school, but also cultivate students to dare to express themselves, to win honors for the class, to establish the psychological quality of the class image.
Fifth, strengthen contact with parents of students
Half of the students spend their time at home. The quality of a student's study at home determines to a large extent the academic performance of these students. It is difficult for a teacher to know the learning situation of a student at home, that is, it is difficult to solve. Therefore, it is necessary to closely contact the parents of the students, talk more with the parents of the students, understand the performance of the students at home, let the parents of the students also understand the performance of the students at school, and jointly urge the students to study hard.
