The students in our class have a large age difference and different stages of psychological growth. The largest is 16 years old, and has entered the youth rebellion period; the small point is only 12 years old, and I don’t know what life is. Students interact with each other, and bad behavior habits can easily “flood” the whole class. Therefore, I put ideological education in the first place in class work, focusing on cultivating students' good moral qualities.

Taking class cadres as the main line, the influence will drive other students.

Class is the core and soul of a class. With a good class cadre team, the work of the class teacher will be much easier. However, at the beginning of the work, due to the lack of understanding of the students, it was too late to determine the candidates for the class. The work of the class was a mess. Later, I decided on the policy of “selecting and cultivating now”. The combination of students' democratic elections and self-recommendation produces a class, training them in practice and educating them. A lot of work is done first, show them with them, then let go of the experiment, and finally organize and manage them by themselves.

Focus on small groups and eliminate bad ideas in the bud.

Most of the students in the class come from families with many children. The parents are mostly in rural areas, the level of education is low, and even some ligatures will not be written. The method of educating children is even more unique. In addition, students are in an important period of development from adolescence to puberty. Many of them are not talking to parents and teachers. They need friends.

As time went by, the students gradually became familiar with each other, and many small groups gradually formed during the period. They are in groups of three and five, and they always like to stay together after class, and they live in backwardness. At first I didn't pay much attention, and they did need emotional talk and communication. But gradually found that they had bad behavior, and even three or five people went to the sixth grade class.

I began to pay attention to them and found that although they are a group, everyone's ideas are different. Some are too introverted, can not find friends to talk; some are backward in academic performance, some self-destructive; others feel that they are fresh, feel that their behavior is cool, very fun. But these students are very sensible. Once something happens, there is no glimpse of it.

In response to the characteristics of this small group, I first separated the more advanced students, doing their ideological work alone, and guiding their thoughts to learning. Encourage and support them in learning and activities. With a little achievement, we will praise and encourage in time. By the end of the semester, especially during the final review, they became very active and very happy to participate in school activities. For students who give up in small groups, they are encouraged to develop in their specialties. Not seeking comprehensiveness, only seeking development and healthy development.

Second, learn good learning methods and improve your academic performance.

The quality of students' academic performance directly affects students' interest in learning and self-confidence of students, and is also the focus of parents' concern. Therefore, improving students' academic performance is one of the tasks of being a class teacher , and it is also a major task assigned to us by the school. In order to achieve this goal, I have mainly worked on the following aspects in this semester:

1 Determine the learning objectives, break down the difficulties, and gradually overcome them.

3 Contact the parent to find out how the student is studying at home. The education of the school is inseparable from the cooperation of the parents. The education of the school requires the support and understanding of the parents.

Third, cultivate good study habits, living habits and learning habits in parallel.

For a student, no good study habits will not have good academic performance. But the discipline of morning exercises has always been difficult to manage. Fourth, cooperate with the school to do a good job in various activities.

Organize students to actively participate in various activities of the school, grow up in the activities, and self-educate in the activities. No matter what the activities, the students are very active. There are also many advanced individuals and excellent groups. Although the conditions are relatively simple and can be done very limited, the enthusiasm of the students is unlimited.

Use a variety of activities to build students' self-confidence, especially for students with poor grades, and encourage them to actively participate in various competitions.
