2012 class teacher semester work summary


During the semester, I worked as a class teacher for three classes and five classes. Under the overall thinking of the school, through the joint efforts of all teachers and students for one semester, our class students have made great progress in both learning and daily behavioral norms. The work of the class teacher of this semester is summarized as follows:

First, in-depth understanding of students, invigorating classroom teaching

When I first came to teach at the school, my understanding of the students was minimal, and the work of the class could not be implemented very well. In order to get to know the students faster, I went to the class and often chatted with the students. At the same time, teachers and parents from various departments can understand the performance of students at school and even at home. In the long-term contact, I learned that the students in our class are relatively simple. Although the naughty students still exist, they are all subject to the management of the teacher. Boys have poor self-awareness, good love, and lack of patience in class; girls are mostly well-behaved and versatile, but there are also some naughty lose confidence in learning. The boys in my class account for most of the time, so the whole class gives people the feeling that the naughty people are endless. For the characteristics of my class students, I have made some adjustments in the teaching process. I often add games in the classroom to let the class go. Students who never speak also participate in classroom learning activities in order to improve the classroom atmosphere, so that naughty students can learn English while playing, so that they can appreciate the fun of English learning and cultivate their active participation in the classroom. habit.

Second, earnestly implement the school's activities, and enhance class cohesion in the activities

In order to make the whole class students unite, and in order to actively cooperate with the school education and teaching work, as far as possible, let students participate in the activities organized by the school. This semester's sports meeting will lead our class in the fifth grade with 40 points more than other classes. Near the end of the period, the ancient poetry examination class also won the competition, 15 students successfully passed the first level, and students passed the second level. In addition, after a semester of hard work and improvement, my class's achievements in the five rounds of competition are also leaps and bounds.

Third, standardized management, strict system

Actively implement all stages of the school and sudden work requirements, and resolutely obey, deploy, and implement policies, and regularly organize, coordinate, supervise, and inspect the work in class management. Like other class teachers, we regularly strengthen the examination, examination and registration of students' early reading, morning exercise, and sanitation. We regularly and arbitrarily observe the learning and discipline of students in other classes, and strive for more sensibility. Master first-hand materials, in order to strengthen the dynamic management in a targeted manner, to timely understand, care, educate and supervise the development of good habits in the study, life and activities of students, and at the same time give play to the demonstration effect of teachers' words and deeds.

Fourth, the shortcomings

Although my class has achieved some results, there is no denying that there are still many places for improvement. For example, some students are very tired of learning, and they are in a bad state and are absent-minded. And for me, when students make mistakes, they are sometimes irritable, and they spend less time communicating with some students. These problems, I will continue to improve in the future work to improve their class management level.
