The third day is the year with the most stress and the most stressful work. According to the usual practice, the school will reduce the burden to the teachers as much as possible. The school is far away and the special circumstances of the child and the new burden of taking care of the in-laws are really overwhelmed and dizzy. However, the leader said that the work arrangement was difficult and that I was the most suitable candidate. Although there are too many hardships and too many difficulties, I feel that I should be a general person who cares about the overall situation. I have resolutely provoked the burden of the " class teacher " who ordered too many people to avoid it. A spur, a chance to hone oneself, and determined to live up to the trust of the leadership and do everything in their power to pick this burden.

Just after receiving the class teacher , it is really stressful.

First of all, teachers and students need a process of adapting to each other. The four classes are a more active class, and there are also a few children who are more difficult to manage. Compared with the original class teacher , they have a considerable gap in their ability and courage. They are really worried about not moving them.

Secondly, the third day is a very special special period. Students are under great pressure and their thoughts are fluctuating. Especially for some students with learning difficulties, it is very likely that they will shift their energy to other things when they are not learning. Expected new problems.

Once again, the child is older, and is in adolescence, and the rebellious mentality is very strong, which is the most difficult period to manage. I am really worried that I am difficult to grasp and live up to the expectations of many people. For this reason, I have broken my brain and often have trouble sleeping in the class, but I believe that as long as you are full of love, care for the students as their own children, if they are really good, they will win the children. Trust support and love! I think so, and I do this too, often for the students to leave their children, to push the housework aside for the things in the class or to pass on to the family. Seeking truth from facts, I will never have the nobleness of being public and forgetting, but the responsibility of a teacher makes me have to do this! Hard work pays off, children's trust, class order, well-being, good class style, strive for a good learning atmosphere in the upper reaches, outstanding performance of children in group activities, care for the collective, and quietly contribute to the class construction. It is the greatest reward for me.

Now, I can say with pleasure that when the class teacher worked hard, it made me gain too much and realized the happiness I had never had before!
