Personal summary of the class teacher's language teacher work

I have been working in the teacher position for more than ten years, and the students who have been sent away have already had many sessions. It is exaggerated to say that Tao Li is all over the world, but many of my students have already admitted to college and embarked on their bright prospects. I am also happy for them, and I am proud of the fact that I have taught so many good students!

The only regret that I have taught for so many years is that I have not developed good feelings with my students. Until now, few students who have grown up have come to their alma mater to communicate with me. This is my regret for many years. However, when I thought that I didn't have much contact with my former teacher, I was balanced. It's all like that, nothing.

Time has passed and the semester has ended. During this semester, I strictly demanded myself as a criterion for a people's teacher, teaching and educating people as the yardstick, to teach students well, and let students develop into their own responsibilities and work in a down-to-earth manner.

In terms of thinking, I can continue to strengthen ideological and political study, care about national events, read more newspapers and magazines, strictly demand myself with the standards of outstanding party members, and devote myself wholeheartedly to teaching.

At work, I obey the arrangement of the school leaders, and I am the class teacher and language teacher of the fifth grade. I never complain to the leaders because of the heavy responsibility of the task. In teaching, I can learn from other teachers and strengthen my business learning. In the teaching and research activities of this semester, I carefully prepared lessons in advance and actively participated in it. I had a good public lecture on "Ground Peanuts". The leaders of the county teaching and research section came to the school to teach and guide, and listened to an open class in my book, "The Destruction of Yuanmingyuan", which was highly praised by superior leaders and school teachers. Students are organized to participate in the third children's letter competition in "Zi Li, Hello!" and the essay writing activity of "Caring for Girls" in Jianli County, so that students can get strong training and effective improvement in writing. Students were organized to participate in the classroom teaching activities of the Huangshakou Town in Yusha, a small aid school in Jianli County, and listened to the open class “Destruction of Yuanmingyuan” by Yusha Guoxiao Yanyan. This time and again, I learned and improved from it. In teaching, I can focus on catching a bit, taking each class, teaching each student, starting each class, and taking every job seriously. Therefore, the class I brought has been greatly changed in the overall appearance of this semester.

While teaching, I also pay great attention to my own learning. I participated in the special report of the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in the town government, and grasped the new instructions of the Party Central Committee and pointed out new directions for learning. In the future work, I will study hard and take it one step at a time!

I feel that teachers and students should maintain a good relationship, not only teacher-student relationship, but also friend relationship. The relationship between us should not be so rigid and should be more relaxed. Of course, you should respect the teacher in your studies, but you can adjust it properly in your life.

I believe that in the future work, I will still have room to rise, I will still do better. The school has given me the teaching space and the space to play, then I will continue to work hard, I will do better!
