This semester is the last semester of the second year of high school students and a key moment for students to take up internships. At this stage, students are turbulent, emotionally unstable, and highly susceptible to misinformation. Under these conditions, students' learning will be affected, and collective emotions will be affected, which will affect all aspects of the entire class.

At the beginning of the semester, I repeatedly asked the class cadres to talk with the representative students in the class, and found out their crux. They used the form of class meetings and weekly notes to communicate with the students. In particular, students with special circumstances, except for communicating with themselves. It also solves the problems of students through communication with parents. For example, a classmate in my class, due to physical reasons, is not suitable for group internships. This classmate is depressed and then gives up studying, thinking that he has no value and is abandoning himself. After my class and the cadres persuaded, he gradually realized the internship and health issues. After communicating with his parents, he decided to let the student find an internship suitable for his physical condition and take care of his body while working. During the preparation of the internship, we read the newspapers and watched the news to understand the current employment situation. The supply exceeded demand. Many college students could not find a job. The employer’s requirements were also very demanding, and they also encountered an economic crisis. We should not be so eager to cherish the hard-won job opportunities. During the internship period, each employer must conduct an interview. The interview conditions of some units are unexpected to the students. Many students are rejected by the unit because their personal conditions are not met. These students are very hard hit. We do the ideological work of these students in time: we will always find a job that suits us, just a matter of time. Let everyone be mindful and prepared to face every upcoming interview.

Now all the classmates have been employed, and 90% of the classmates have done a good job in the original position. Everyone is satisfied with the status quo. Some of the students have re-finished their work. In any case, everyone is busy and feels the new life they face after leaving the school. Because I have been staying at the school all the time, most of the students have no social work experience, and in the unit, the daily workload is relatively large, and the environment is not suitable. At the beginning of the work unit, the students are complaining, and all kinds of rejections are there. Communicate with each student in a timely manner, plus we did a lot of ideological work before sending the students. The students only complained, but none of them wanted to be a real deserter; and we arranged that the performance in the original class was relatively stable. As a group leader, students with certain influence in the class reflect and adjust the ideological work of the students in a timely manner. During the week, the students basically adapted to the working environment. Although the bitterness and tiredness were still the same, even as the work deepened, the workload was constantly increasing, but the students basically did not cry out. I am very happy in my heart. The children in my class can finally go to life independently and be self-sufficient.

For various reasons, five students returned from Taiyuan a month later, but they quickly found a new position. I believe that this month's experience must have allowed them to grow a lot, which is enough to affect their lifelong work history.

Now, the situation of the students is very stable.
