First, the main work I have done is the important period of the whole country. I know that my responsibility is great and I dare not have the slightest scorn. Students have undergone great changes both psychologically and physically. For this change, students have more mental stress, and most students seem to be at a loss during this transition period. How to let students adapt to this change as soon as possible and successfully pass the turning point is the first priority before my eyes.
I am working as a class teacher to strive to achieve two points: First, respect each student, meet the needs of students' respect, recognize the needs, emotional needs, strive to overcome stubborn opinions, extreme thinking, respect the development of students' personality, and create for the growth of children. A happy space for psychology; the second is to treat each student well and treat each child with sincerity and love. For the top students, they do not hide their shortcomings, actively guide them to change their strengths, and strive to achieve excellence. My classmate Zhao Liyang performed quite well in all aspects. She is a student with excellent academic performance, but she lacks guts and rarely speaks actively during class. In response to this, I asked her to talk, help her find reasons and encourage her to speak boldly. When I was in class, I was interested in asking her to answer questions and give encouragement to exercise her courage. A certain effect has been achieved through such exercise. The students in this class give the impression that they are active in thinking and quick in response, but they are organized with poor discipline, loose discipline, and lack of self-discipline. Today's children are no longer the same. They have a wide range of contacts, active thinking, and strong self-respect, but they also have the great weakness of modern adolescents, that is, the lack of hard work and hard work. These are all in one line. It is particularly evident in the training of the team. They are free and sloppy, and there are talks, noisy, languid, and casual in the queue. I made a request to the children, from the start to the walk, from the turn to the every move, to give them a standardized request, personal demonstration, and practice. Through these trainings, the children will realize the effect of strict and orderly management.
Today's children are generally selfish, careless about small things, and cannot be generous. This is reflected in the handling of classmates' relationships. There is a contradiction between the students, and the words are not inferior. In response to this phenomenon, I educate students on how to correctly handle classmate relationships, and to conduct theme class meetings to educate students. When dealing with contradictory students, I asked students to make more self-criticism and find deficiencies in themselves. In order to cultivate students' spirit of generosity, they should learn to treat people around them with tolerance and generosity.
Labor is an opportunity to cultivate the quality of students' moral education. Today's children are bored when they mention labor. These only children have few opportunities to work and develop lazy habits. First of all, we must teach the students how to work, from sweeping the floor to mopping the floor, from wiping the glass to rubbing the wall. I will demonstrate and strictly inspect, promptly praise the well-made classmates, criticize the students who are not serious and run away, let The children know that the teacher not only cares about their study but pays more attention to their character.
Second, the main gains and experience I think the head teacher should do the following two things:
1. Give smiles to students Many people are always associated with “serious” and “unsmiling” when referring to teachers. In fact, the power of "smile" is endless. Giving students a bright smile every day will make the students feel happy and smart, and the wisdom will develop. There is a Chinese proverb: "No one can tell which cloud will rain." And I believe that every "cloud" of mine will "rain". Because, I have a special educational method - smile. There is a student in our class. At the beginning of the day, I always love to drag and drop, so the test scores are always unsatisfactory. How to do it? Training one, no! I tried to find his strengths and found that he really had many advantages: for example, love labor, every time the drinking water in the classroom was finished, he always volunteered to go to the general affairs office to exchange the water. In addition, he is very polite, and every time he meets the teacher, he will always say hello. So as soon as I found out that he had done a good job, I praised him in the morning meeting class, and then quietly smiled and asked him after class: "Is the homework done? Hold on a little bit!" He always blushes. I squinted at me and said, "There is still a little bit." I still smiled and said to him: "Wait for me, but I have to check it out." He read the encouragement from my gaze, and found himself over time. The value, and later became more daring to speak in class, and achieved good results in the exam. When the student is successful, I will send it with a smile; when the student feels lost, I will send it with a smile to encourage; when the student makes a mistake, I will send it to tolerance with a smile. Therefore, I used the smile to win the respect and love of the students. I want to say: Smile is a sparkling golden key that can open the door to educational success and help students thrive.
2. Give the true feelings to the students to sincerely care for and care for the students, not only in the mind, in learning, in life, etc., but also in the actual actions, treating each student equally, whether it is good grades or achievements. Poor, whether it is family wealth or poor conditions, whether or not he has made mistakes, the class teacher must be treated as one, do not specialize, not prejudice, respect the personality of the students, fair, just and equal treatment of each class. A classmate, harmonize the relationship between teachers and students, enhance the channels of emotional communication between teachers and students, and let students learn to have a warm and harmonious place, so that they can learn well and have the motivation to learn. For example, if the student is ill, I will call the parent to inform him or send him home. If the student returns to school, I will take the initiative to make up for him; and always pay attention to the weather and remind the students to add clothes. These are small things, but the memories left in the minds of the students are very deep. What I sent is the true feelings, and the harvest is more true rewards. Every time I read the words of gratitude from the students, I always have a feeling of happiness filled my heart.


Third, the existing problems of class management work in an orderly manner, but also have to add a "strict" word. The love for the students is indispensable, but the strictness of the students is not to be lost. Although I realized this, I am not very strict. Although several crackdowns were carried out in the class, only the thunder was loud and the rain was small. At this point, you need to ask the teachers.
These are just some of the attempts and efforts I have made in my class work. Looking back at the work for the past six months, I have a lot of emotions. There are experiences, but more are lessons.
