There are 27 people in five years, two-thirds of boys, and one-third of girls. Most of the boys are very naughty, this is a more outward-oriented class, full of vigor. But because of their liveliness, they are destined to be less "smooth." So at the beginning of the school, I felt a headache. The following summarizes some of my practices as a class teacher during this semester and share it with my colleagues.
First, the word "love"
When we love our children, we will be tolerant of the child and allow him to make mistakes. Even if the child makes a mistake, we will forgive them quickly. Because they love them and get recognition from the children, the teacher's own personality charm can more effectively influence and educate the children and make them grow healthier.
Second, the "end-of-term award" action:
In order to form a good class style and study style, I took the action of “end-of-term award”. When students are serious, I will give points. When some students are very serious, I will give him points. If a classmate does a good thing, I will give him points. As long as the students are behaving in terms of behavior. When I am good, I use points as a reward. In the last three points, you can change the award to encourage students to develop good behavioral norms.
In order to encourage students to study harder, form a good learning atmosphere. I take such measures: if every language operation can be completed on time and the quality of the completion is good, I will let the squad leader remember it and then summarize it once a week until the final exam is finished. I will give him his points. With his test scores added, the top three will be rewarded, so they usually have the strength to learn, the learning atmosphere will become more and more concentrated.
At the same time, I also stipulate that if anyone is too naughty, commits discipline or fails to complete the health work, I will give him points, and reward him if he is good. “There is no rule that is not a square.” The “Award” is to encourage children to be active and enterprising, and to develop good study habits and behavior habits. "Penalty" is to restrict students from developing in a bad direction. I found that after the implementation of this measure, my health work has been greatly improved, the students' work has become more neat, and the learning atmosphere has gradually improved.
Third, the "competition pk" action
Most of the boys in this class belong to children who are more active, naughty and playful. The learning style of the class is not very good. For this reason, I took the “competition pk” action, asking the children to choose a learning opponent in the class and “competing pk” with them. Two people can discuss it themselves, if the competition pk loses Send a small gift, such as candy or a pen, but you can't send too expensive things. After the "competitive pk action" was launched, many children felt very interesting. Like many children, they also challenged Zhang Haoyuan, the best child in the class. At the same time, I also often remind the children: to carry out such "competitive pk action" is to let you have a more positive attitude to face learning, your competition should be friendly competition, because of friendship, so the opponent is willing to accept your " Competition pk".
Through such actions, most of the children are more and more concentrated in class, and their homework is getting more and more serious. After each exam, there are always some students who are very nervous about their opponents' performance. Their nervousness, I look in my eyes, happy in my heart. Because of this tension, it means that they will be more active in learning. The learning style of the class is also quietly changing under their leadership.
Of course, I still have some shortcomings that need to be improved in the class management work of the next semester, such as the development of effective class cadres; setting up examples of learning in the class, giving full play to the power of role models.
The work of the class teacher is cumbersome, meticulous, long-term, and hard. But a good class teacher will affect the child's life. In the face of this glorious and arduous work, I think every class teacher will not dare to slack off! Let us work together!
