First, cultivate good habits of students.

In school, discipline is the guarantee of teaching quality. This semester, I combine the school's class style quantitative evaluation, often use class meetings and primary school etiquette classes to educate students on how to abide by classroom discipline. I usually find that some classmates or a group have done a good job of timely praise, set an example in the class, and found that the bad phenomenon was corrected in time. Under the class schedule, students are required to implement the school's Student Code of Conduct regulations and class quantification standards, and implement part-time work, so that students can manage themselves. After a semester of hard work, more than 90% of the classmates can do well, and there are three or more people with weak disciplinary attitudes who often have to be educated for a while, and they must strengthen their education in the future.
Develop students' habit of civility and courtesy. "Speaking for the heart, behavior and mind." Strengthening students are required to implement the school's student behavioral norms, dress neatly, wear a red scarf, not barefoot, do not wear slippers to school, supervised by the class cadres, combined with the evaluation system to encourage students to self-consciously Now, the students have developed this good habit.
