Summary of the work of the national semester class teacher in the second semester of 2012-2019
I am currently working as a class teacher for the second class . It has been nearly two years since I started working as a class teacher . Since I didn't have a long time in class management and lack of experience in dealing with problems, in addition to asking experienced class teachers, I also read some books about student education and class management, and linked theory to practice. With the help of other teachers and constant reflection in self-learning, I gradually grew up. Nowadays, my class has formed certain rules and reasonable management models, as well as corresponding evaluation mechanisms, and formed a class style of “optimistic, active, diligent and mutual assistance”.
At the beginning of the first grade, the "three-character song", which is suitable for the characteristics of our class, was used as the class rule, and all of them were divided into ten groups, each group of 4 to 5, and a small teacher was selected. Take the performance of the peers in each group on a weekly basis, and at the same time judge the best team and give corresponding rewards. At the same time, I also prepared a lot of homemade cards, named "point cards", and sent them to students who performed well in a timely manner. In addition, I also selected small police, small doctors, and Japanese students in the class. Most of them are in rotation, and students with good performance can be re-elected. This not only exercises the management ability of the students, but also enables them to experience the feelings of others in their rotation, which makes the management of students very easy. Of course, the supervision of the teacher is indispensable. Throughout the management and evaluation, I have always adhered to the principle of fairness and justice, and timely found problems in the class in a timely manner, not ignoring the feelings of students, and paying more attention to them.
After the second grade, I changed the "three-character song" into eight rules of the class, and with the content of being helpful, honest and trustworthy, and constraining some of their words and deeds. In other words, "no rules are difficult to become a square", therefore, I think it is very necessary to combine the primary school students' behavioral norms to make them easy to understand and practically relevant. In our class, we continued the “Weekly Review” activity, and we also added the “Cry, Smiley List”. I put the list of the class on the list separately, so that the value of Nisshin and the teacher gave them a picture, so that they can learn more about the situation of the students in the class. In particular, when you remember the crying face list, you must let the person you know know what is not doing well and correct it in time.
In addition, the biennial class meeting is also a very good time and educational opportunity. I always listen patiently to the students to talk about recent events and teach them to learn to deal with some life problems. Let them know how to protect themselves and pay attention to safety inside and outside the school. I personally think that a reasonable, fun, and safe game can keep children away from danger, so I often recommend several games for their reference. There are still a lot of work in the class, and there is no one here. It can be seen that the work of the class teacher is easier said than done. It is really difficult to do it!
I believe that with their own efforts and attention to detail, and the cooperation of students, they will be better able to live in peace, cooperate and learn from each other!
