Interview class personal work summary

Time flies, and I have passed this week without knowing it. With the help of my teachers and classmates, I successfully completed the work of this week's internship teacher . In general, our classmates perform better in all aspects, but there are certain problems. This week's work is summarized as follows:

First, learning

Due to the proximity to the exam, most of the courses have been suspended, and most of the students have their own time. Many students have worked hard to review this week, read books in various subjects, and prepare for the exam. The enthusiasm of the students is generally high. This is a place worthy of recognition. However, there are also some behaviors that are not actively reviewed and are not responsible for their own learning.

Second, work aspects

The classmates in our class have relatively more work, whether they are student unions, class teachers or other associations, but they are able to take their work very seriously. They are very responsible for their work. However, some students can't coordinate the relationship between study and work. When they work, they delay their study.

Third, the ideological aspect

The students in our class actively moved closer to the party organizations. Most of the students in the class were more active than the active ones, and they consciously maintained their advanced nature and enthusiasm.

Fourth, life aspects

I am very glad that I can have this opportunity to be an internship teacher . I realize that in addition to being a teacher , the excellent internship teacher must have a heart for the students and for the overall situation. It is always relevant to the real situation of the students in their class. As a teacher in charge of the class , I have to coordinate the relationship between myself and the students. This is very important, which is also conducive to the formation of a good class.

I think the class teacher is both a class manager and a class. It is better to manage it when it is integrated into a class, and management is beneficial to the development of this class.
