The head teacher is the core of class management. It is the key to organizing and coordinating various educational forces inside and outside the school and giving full play to the overall education. This semester, I continue to serve as the class teacher of the four classes. I combine the requirements of the school and the actual situation of the class to carry out class work, and strive to improve the quality of students so that students can develop in a comprehensive way. I mainly did the following work:
First, starting from the norm, correct the student's learning attitude.
In order to understand the students faster and more thoroughly, I will work diligently, contact the students, and carefully observe their behavior. I found that there were a group of disciplines in the class, students who lived slowly, did not like to learn, and students with poor collective ideas. The phenomenon of buying snacks was also quite serious, which caused the class to be unclean. I use the class meeting to organize students to study the "Primary School Management System" and "Standards' Daily Behavioral Norms", combine the implementation of the school's routine education, analyze the characteristics of the class, and formulate the behavioral requirements of the class in learning, discipline, and health. Combine the standards to carry out the evaluation between the teams, and use all opportunities to praise the disciplined, diligent, caring, and helpful civilized students, and set a positive example for the whole class. If the results of the competition are announced weekly, the team that gets the most stars every week can get certain material rewards. By doing so, I also found that the competition between the teams can enhance the collective sense of honor of the students.
Second, formulate learning objectives.
At the beginning of the semester, I asked each student to set a learning goal for the semester, and always use goals to measure and constrain students. For example, student Shao Hezhen, he is a very intelligent student, but his life is relatively loose, he often speaks in class, and he is not united with his classmates. So I talk to him, affirm his merits, and often combine education with his goals. Learning attitudes have also changed a lot, and learning is very positive. Every time I make a mistake, I patiently teach and make people know their mistakes. I also know that students should be modest, unite and cooperate with each other. To form a good collective, we must start from ourselves.
Third, let students participate in class management and give full play to the initiative of class cadres.
The class teacher is the organizer of the class. To successfully complete the tasks of the class, they must lead the students, trust the students, and mobilize the enthusiasm of all the students to participate in the management of the class affairs. In order to mature the class cadres who have been selected, give full play to their initiative, bring and manage the class, and truly become the right assistant of the class teacher .
1. Establish prestige and help with enthusiasm.
The high level of the cadre of the class is a measure of the good and bad of all aspects of the class. In the minds of the classmates, there is a high prestige. In addition to the self-effort of the class cadres, they also need the enthusiastic help of the class teacher . Ask other students to be willing to accept and correct.
2, the cadres of the class should let go, let them work boldly, to play their talents, when the cadres on the shift in some way have made mistakes or encountered difficulties, the class teacher made their backing and solved problems for him. The cadres of the class took the initiative to dare to point out the bad style in the class, so that the teacher could more thoroughly understand the situation of the class and smoothly carry out the work.
3. Hold a meeting.
Regular class meetings are held to let them tell the questions in the class, discuss and discuss the solutions. Many students can boldly propose, and I will affirm their advantages, point out their shortcomings, and give guidance and help. They overcome.
Through my efforts, the collective sense of honor of the class students has been further strengthened, and the cohesiveness of the big group of the four-year class has also improved. In the future, I will continue to work towards the excellent class.
