The class teacher should not only use the class cadres, but also educate and train them. I often educate them to establish a sense of glory and responsibility for collective service. They are required to study hard, unite their classmates, and lead by example. They are encouraged to work boldly and strictly, and pay attention to working methods. Of course, the elected cadres are not perfect after all, so they should not be overly demanding and accused, especially when there are mistakes in their work. The work of the class committee should be checked frequently, and specific guidance and help should be given.
