In the teaching, seriously study the new syllabus, grasp the key points of teaching, actively explore the teaching ideas, try to apply some advanced teaching theories, scientific teaching methods and advanced modern teaching methods to classroom teaching, and strive to cultivate students' cooperation and exchanges. The ability to explore independently and be brave in innovation. In addition, while doing a good job in teaching, I also pay attention to reading books about education and teaching, and part of the recording and writing experience.

Third, observe discipline

I strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the school, do not be late, do not leave early, and take the initiative to take time off. In the work, respecting leaders and uniting colleagues can correctly handle the relationship with leading colleagues. In peacetime, diligence, saving, hard work, sincerity, love of students, harmonious interpersonal relationship, never neglecting unprincipled disputes, standardizing the words and deeds of a people's teachers, and uncultivating their comprehensive qualities And ability.

Fourth, business training
